AVOID !!! - I went to a property to view and jakiya send me to very wrong location. Very bad shark service. I waited noone come. I wanted to view house in Barking he send me to Harrow. He not sound on me now. I called on saturday and staff jimmy put phone down on me. I called again then wesleum put phone on me down. Staff so rude.

Avoid at all times, Jak kept insisting I looked into a property with criminal background vendors and after dragging the case for 6 months we found out he knew all the issues with the vendors but insisted on us buying it.

Recently completed sale of our house with Ali & Co, the service provided from the whole team Jak, Louisa, Karolina and Racheal, was outstanding and above the whole team pulled together and guided us through the issues that arose, nothing was too much trouble,helping us to stay calm and collected, all through our sale we popped into see them all and was welcomed with open arms, we feel we have made friends, we will continue to pop in and see them when we are in the area, have a chat, laugh and a coffee, we would strongly recommend them to others, they will. AVOID!!!! Looked at a property with the owner (Jak) which I liked. I asked about other interest. He confirmed there was other interest but assured me that, as a current tenant with Ali & Co, he would hold the property for me. Later that day, we spoke on the phone and I confirmed I would like to take it. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to pay the holding deposit as he said he would hold it. The money left my account early the following morning. I heard nothing for a couple of days. So I emailed Jak. After another lengthy wait, he replied by saying that the property has now been let to someone else!! I was shocked and called him immediately. He said he would sort it out and contact the other tenant to offer them an alternative. I heard nothing back all day. So I sent another email. He again replied apologising for the confusion but the other tenant has been given the property that I was promised. I could either have an alternative or have my deposit back! What an absolute cowboy. To date, I still haven’t received my deposit back. I am now looking at next steps and am in contact with my solicitor. After turning down other properties hinging on getting this one, the future looks grim for me at the moment. Be careful people!

The best thing about dealing with Ali & Co is that the owner of the company personally looks over sales and letting too which gives that extra assurance in my opinion, he also gives sound advice. We let our house and sold our house with Ali & Co. They were transparent with everything and very helpful from start to finish.
