JAK ALI and his excellent team are quite simply consummate professionals who WILL sell your home, and, most importantly, WILL get you a price that none of the other estate agents in the area can touch. Jak himself is courteous, charming and eloquent in his explanation of how matters should progress, with a wealth of useful contacts who can help with cleaning, etc, and not least a first-rate conveyancing solicitor who can seamlessly move matters at turbo speed, rather than keep you waiting endlessly. In short, Jak is the opposite of the archetypal caricature of an estate agent. He is keen to be proactive and rightly proud of the numerous recent awards that adorn Ali & Co’s welcoming office. Within just over four weeks we had received a confirmed offer and went on to sell the property at a price that was more than £40,000 what the other agents had quoted. Totally impressive, truly superb and utterly professional. Believe me, you really don’t need to look anywhere else. DR NEIL MASUDA

We liaised with Owen, who was great throughout and very supportive. The only reason for 4 stars is that it would’ve been a nice touch to receive a small move-in gift or welcome package, like we’ve had previously, but that’s a minor point overall!

Very exceptional service from the whole team at Ali & Co. First of all, I would like to thank Jak Ali and Karolina Tamosiuniene. From the first contact on the phone, I knew that after a long time of looking for a new house to rent, this company would help me, because compared to others, they were fair and willing to help from the start. If they tell, that they will call you back, it will happen and you don't have to wait another two weeks for the message that the house is no longer available or something similar as it was with similar estate agents. They were transparent about everything and very helpful from start to finish. They also helped me with things that they didn't have to waste time on at all. And they never said no. They always answer any questions and their active approach really appeases what can be a very helpful in stressful period when you are looking for new property. The whole process was very fast and smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone who looking new property for rent! 5*****. I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to the whole team at Ali&Co for the amount of effort and time they put into walking us through the process, from the first day till the very last one when we received the keys. Rachel Savage were always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity), every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. I defenetly recomend Ali&Co and will defenetly come back again, it is a good and trustworthy company.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Ali & Co., and I feel it’s important to share it so others can be cautious. I was genuinely interested in a property and made three separate offers through them, each time being told the offer would be reviewed. To my surprise, none of the offers were even forwarded to the landlord. By sheer coincidence, I met the landlord while showing the neighborhood to my wife, and when I mentioned the offers, he was completely unaware. That’s when I realized something was seriously wrong. The landlord confirmed that not a single offer had been passed on, despite this being my third attempt. I initially thought maybe the agency was just filtering out unserious buyers, but I was wrong. The very next day after my last offer, a lady from the agency called me directly asking for a £5,000 lump sum “commission” to push the offer to the landlord and “convince” them to sell. I was shocked. This is blatant corruption, essentially trying to take money under the table in exchange for doing what they’re already being paid to do. It became clear they were withholding offers deliberately unless buyers agreed to pay them off privately. This is not only unethical, it’s deeply unprofessional and potentially illegal. Thankfully, I walked away and ended up finding a much better property elsewhere through an honest agent. Ironically, not having my offer forwarded may have saved me from a terrible situation. I strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this agency. In my experience, they were more interested in personal gain than serving either buyer or seller….
