Great service, honest and efficient! Ali&Co have been very helpful from start to finish. We mainly dealt with Karolina, Samantha and Jess. All 3 are great! Regular updates and expert advice. I travelled 1.5 hours to view a property in grays and he gave me a bad attitude in the viewing which lasted not more than 5 minutes. He was giving passive aggressive responses to my fair questions (such as asking about whether the central heating is year round, he responded “I don’t know what you want me to tell you”) and it seemed rushed. Very unprofessional.

From viewing to moving into my new home, I found Ali & Co service to be exceptional and outstanding. My viewing was conducted by Jak, who was very professional and patient as we took time to view the property, to assess whether it would be suitable for my family's needs. We also had a valuable discussion, which helped me to decide and confirm our interest. I then interacted almost daily, with Jess who I can only describe as being an absolute asset to Ali & Co. Her swift action in dealing with all my concerns and questions were above and beyond my expectations. Her investigation into any queries that I had and then coming back with solutions made the whole process smooth sailing from start to finish. Even now, after we have moved in and are getting settled, she is still on hand and responds to all my emails.
