GoogleI found Stuart and his team, Mandy, Wendy & Penny to be extremely helpful and professional when dealing with the purchase and now rental of my home. Estate Agents generally always get bad press but these four go the extra mile. Thank you Mandy for always ensuring I get my rent on time every month :-)

GoogleHad a good experience with this estate agent, got a good vibe as soon as Stuart entered the house for our valuation. Sold the property within the week, was recommended a solicitor which we used and completed start to finish in 11weeks. Stuarts team did all of the chasing with the solicitors and knew exactly where we were with the sale. Pleasure to do business with, would certainly recommend and use again.

GoogleWe had a fairly difficult experience/s whilst trying to move - it was quite stressful and complicated - the pandemic, stamp duty holiday and trying to sell more than one property made it a very tense time. By the time we found our new property, we were at exhaustion point with the whole experience with some negative experiences along the way. However, working with the staff at Stuart Thomas was a very positive experience. All the staff were very professional, answered questions very quickly and kept us in the loop throughout the whole experience. Whilst we hope we don't move again in the near future, as we love our new property, we would definitely use Stuart Thomas Estates as our agency - all the staff are excellent - an all round thumbs us from us!!!!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAn excellent Estate Agent, who showed a lot of consideration after the death of my mother by arranging to value her house at a time that suited us and then priced it fairly and realistically as well as dealing with everything else with little fuss and keeping us informed at all times. They recommended other people to help with the whole process to help us as we didn't have local knowledge of good suppliers.
