An absolute pleasure to do business with!

My partner and I had twice previously used different local estate agents and had various issues. This time around, after waiting for months for our property to sell, we decided to work with Stuart Thomas.We are so pleased we did as Wendy arranged many viewings and sold the property in no time! She was extremely honest right from the start which we admired.Despite the obligatory hiccups with solicitors along the way, both Wendy and Stuart remained in contact to assist and facilitate the sale.We would not hesitate to use the firm again and would highly recommend to others! Takes away the stress of buying a property.

We have purchased 3 properties from Stuart and each one was stress free. We were kept up to date with what was happening and they also kept in touch with the solicitors for us.We then used Stuart to find our tenants for the 3 properties and we have not been disappointed. They go into each tenant thoroughly which gives you piece of mind.Our daughter is trying to find a property to purchase close the station and the agents she has been dealing with have been so unhelpful and not telling the truth. We are hoping Stuart can come up with a property for her so we then know that what she is told is the truth and she won't be let down and disappointed.I cannot thank Stuart and Wendy enough for all the help they have given us.

The Agent that held the chain together.....

Unfortunately our buyer pulled out the day before exchange leaving the whole chain up in the air and out of pocket. Stuart Thomas was not our agent but I feel they kept everything together and installed calm in the chain. They advised my sellers to give me a couple of weeks to find a new buyer as the chain was complete.At the top of the chain, AMOS had the complete opposite attitude, they advised all parties my house wouldn't sell again and to put all properties back on the market- funny enough they we're the only ones to do so. My property sold within a couple of days and the sale completed a couple of weeks back.People who read this and want to market in the Benfleet/Hadleigh area I strongly advise you to drive directly to Stuart Thomas and market your property. I would never again choose to be in a chain that had AMOS involved as they are aggressive and immature, how they get the lions share completely baffles meBest RegardsDarren Wilson

A very professional and efficient service.Stuart viewed the house a year ago under very difficult circumstances. He was very understanding and sympathised with our situation and even said he would provide advice when we decided to sell. 18 months on, not only did he provide some great advice in what aspects of the house to work on to make it saleable, he was always on hand to offer support and a friendly smile. I recently completed on a transaction that Stuart Thomas was involved in as the vendors agent. My biggest regret is that my fee wasn't going to Stuart Thomas as they pretty much seemed to step into the shoes that my agent should have been wearing. They kept in touch almost every other day, prompted solicitors when needed and kept the process moving throughout. Mr Stuart Thomas is a professional, yet personable guy and is clearly experienced in his field. He is backed by a very efficient team and I will be pleased to work with them in the future.

Great estate agents

I went to view a house I liked and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time by taking a thorough look and bombarding them with questions. I ending up buying the house which was my first home‪. They helped and gave me guidance every step of the purchase which made it so much easier and efficient. Any problems with the sellers were dealt with promptly......Changed my view of the estate agent. Genuine, helpful and respectful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone
