Stuart Thomas - in particular Nicola, were excellent in the handling of when we were buying a house through them. We had regular updates and check ins, usually once a week and they made sure that both parties were aware what was going on and chased our solicitors when required. Stuart Thomas was our chosen estate agent following their professional approach to the sale of our Daughter and Son in Law’s property. The team provided excellent service and communication throughout the process, lead by Stuart, who gave an open and honest view when appraising our property to provide a value, and with whom we developed a great rapport. The photography/ video were both of extremely high quality and showed off our property beautifully, receiving fabulous comments. We had various estate agents come to value our property but Stuart Thomas really stood out. He was professional, friendly and honest, so we decided that Stuart Thomas was the estate agents for us. All the way through the process from valuation to sale the service was absolutely amazing, I could not give Stuart Thomas any negative points at all!! Wendy was our point of contact and I cannot tell you how amazing she is! Wendy was always on the other end of the phone to answer any queries, quick to respond to emails but what really stood out for me… Wendy going the extra mile for us when we were in the process of exchanging. It was nail biting as to whether or not we were going to exchange and complete but Wendy ran around (although not showing any stress or that she was under pressure) to make sure she did everything she could to get it through. They may be a small estate agents but their customer service and hard work is out of this world and i felt completely supported throughout the process. At times of course it’s stressful, but the team at Stuart Thomas really do make you feel at ease and will take all the pressure on themselves, leaving you feeling more relaxed. They will always be honest with you, even if they know the news/updates may not be positive but they will ensure you are fully up to date with the progress. Family members have also used Stuart Thomas on multiple occasions and they have all said positive things too. Stuart Thomas himself first showed me around the property we ended up purchasing. He was very personable, knowledgable and respectful, allowing us time to wander around the property, yet still answered any questions we had. We went on to work with Wendy for our house purchase, which we had a 28 day turnaround for! Wendy was on the ball, chasing relevant people, but doing so in a polite and professional manner. They even gave me a bottle of bubbly on completion - a very nice added touch!

As we hit the inevitable bumps in the road, associated with any house move, they were the calming, professional and reassuring influence needed to smooth the way. They helped us when no-one else would. We kept being told that because I was disabled and so was my son, that landlord s would only have working tenants etc.then we met Simone from Stuart Thomas Estate Agents she listened to us and had a chat with the landlord and wow the landlord has given us a chance.
