Really good estate agent, unsure why all these reviews are on here, seems these reviews could be fake to try and slander the square room. I would recommend checking the google reviews for a more honest lot of reviews. Used them a few times never had an issue 11/10.

GooglePaul and the team at Square Room are just amazing. After selling our family home in a day back in 2018, when it came to sadly selling my late grandparents bungalow this year we knew to look no further than the Square Room. Their prices are honest (in fact my grandparents property sold for £5,000 over the asking price, with 12 viewings booked in for the first day and an offer accepted within a few hours), photos are true to size of the property, their phones are always answered (which personally I think is very important and something other agents aren’t great at) and they do their very best in all areas of the sale. We have experienced working with Paul, Alex and Sophie and each were very professional, understanding and extremely helpful. Since my first experience of using the square room I have recommended family members and several friends to use them and all have been extremely satisfied with the service. GoogleI used Square Room to help sell my Mum's house in Cleveleys. They were very efficient and managed to secure a good sale price. Photos were excellent and the team were always helpful and communicative. As I am not local, they managed all the viewings and a sale was agreed in under a week. Fantastic result!

GoogleThe service and professionalism of The Square Room is excellent. We had 3 other agents prior to Paul's visit with varying valuations. Paul suggested £25000 higher than the top valuation. The day it was advertised we had 6 viewings booked and a sale was agreed. Despite the time scales due to probate we had regular updates and calls. When the sale fell through due to the length of time for probate a further sale was agreed the next day. I cannot recommend them more highly and would have no hesitation in using them in the future. All the staff are amazing but Sophie was outstanding as our contact. Always returned calls and emails promptly and provided regular updates. GoogleIve had dealings with Paul and the team for a few years now, previously through lettings, but they sold a house for me this time. it took longer than I thought, although there were a lot of viewings, but they battled on regardless and eventually business was done. as the house was empty, they even relayed information to me that I needed to know about the property that perhaps was outside their normal remit. GooglePaul at the Square Room exceeded all expectations in the renting and management of the last property I lived in. The property was very well maintained when moving in, the contract application and termination process was easy and thorough, and communication was always swift and courteous. Any issues the property ever had (normal consumables or appliances you'd find in any rented property) were fixed immediately with as little inconvenience as possible to myself. I am a busy professional who works in a high-pressured, shift-work environment, so not having to worry at all about my home was an absolute dream. An absolute and wonderful exception to the rule in estate agents in my area. I can't recommend The Square Room enough. Thank you Paul!

Obviously the right choice of local estate agents, the property was under offer in less than a day!!! Paul was quick off the mark, came to view the property, understood our situation and took over.
