GoogleFantastic estate agents. During the whole house search/move process, dealing with different agents, solicitors, surveys etc Square Room were the one positive. Very well informed and friendly staff. Very reasonably priced compared to alternatives. Always ALWAYS rang back if they were unable to answer the phone (even if I didn’t leave a message). Will absolutely use Square Room for my next move. Special thanks to Lauren who was excellent throughout.

GoogleFirst class service from initial meet up with Paul for valuation to the day of sale. As the property was empty they took complete care of viewings.I was informed of every viewing and received the viewers feedback almost immediately. They handled all aspects of the sale and the admin team members were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They made the stressful process of selling a property so much easier. GoogleFrom the initial valuation visit by Paul, who told us how TSR works, we knew we had made the right choice of Agent. The Team members we either met or talked to on the phone were really friendly, very efficient and pro-active in trying to sell our home. We opted for accompanied visits and always had a call to check viewings were convenient, and reminder messages prior to appointments, which were useful. There was always a follow-up call afterwards. They offer an excellent and good value service and we are very happy to recommend this Estate Agent - and were even more delighted to accept an offer, just three weeks after The Square Room started marketing our property.

GoogleGreat customer service, sale quickly and professionally organised. Sold within the week to the first viewer through the door, at a reasonable price we were all happy with. Recommended and would use again - many thanks Ps. I have seen a negative review below and would like to add that my comments and rating are genuine - we are neither friends or family of Paul Bayliss or anyone connected with Square Room. Our whole selling experience was nothing but very positive and I do think you should always get more than one valuation - and be realistic (without having to give your house away for a too low price). For us, their valuation was bang in the middle of others and we quickly got within £2k of asking price.

GoogleI recently had an appointment with Paul Bayliss managing director of the square rooms in Thornton cleveleys to value my mothers house after the valuation I decided to put the house up for sale with the square rooms and I have been very impressed with the way they have handled the sale they informed me about everything that was happening almost on a daily basis I mainly spoke to Alex leach who was very informative on every aspect of the sale The house went on the market on the Thursday we had a viewing on the Friday morning and they made an offer on Friday afternoon which we agreed on and the sale was completed in two months I would definitely recommend the SQUARE ROOMS to sell your house

Fabulous is the only way I can describe all staff at The Square Room. We put our house up for sale with them after leaflet came through our door giving an excellent price for selling. Put up for sale got offer on first day and sold in four days. Unfortunately due to the house we were buying there was a delay and first buyer withdrew put up for sale again and sold the next day. The staff were fantastic giving reassurance and keeping us up to date throughout the process. Would definitely recommend The Square Room to any seller.
