GooglePaul and his team were amazing from start to finish. We had a difficult chain as one of the Estate Agents was a little slower in getting information. The Square Room team made the journey so much easier I’m glad i choose them as I really did feel I got value for the money.

GoogleI would like to share my experience with using the Square Room for the sale of our home. From our initial contact through to the completed sale, the whole process has been excellent. The photographs taken and used on the listing were superb, they handled all viewings - keeping us informed before and after the event with appropriate feedback. Our point of contact in the office was Claire Bailey and she was faultless. She was always available to answer any questions, giving informed guidance throughout the selling process. An absolute asset to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Square Room to anyone considering the sale of their house.

GoogleI have used The Square Room before and have no hesitation in recommending them. The whole team are professional and worked hard to sell my house. They always responded through phone calls and emails the same day. All the staff I liaised with were friendly and when showing me round properties really knew their stuff! A fantastic estate agents who go above and beyond.

GoogleFrom the start of the selling process Square Room were professional and helpful with any matter we had. We has initial personal conversation with Paul , the owner who explained the whole process such as time, timescales and fees and then we’re handed over to the wider team who were confident and pleasant throughout. Square Room handled the viewings which was a great weight of my mind and their communication was outstanding. From confirmation bookings to follow up calls. As I was acting as POA on behalf of my father, I was concerned things wouldn’t always be communicated to me, how wrong could I have been. I even recommended Square Room to a couple of friends who were selling their house. A big thank you to all the team at Square Room.

GoogleHaving had experience of a number of local estate agents, I can safely say that The Square Room Agency is the best. From start to finish, their service was "First Class". All members of the team are extremely helpful and enthusiastic with a wholly professional but personal, approach. Fees are much more reasonable than many of those with bigger names but smaller services! Without any hesitation, I recommend this agency.

Their pricing structure is very clear, extremely competitive and I knew exactly what to expect from them. I was kept informed at all stages of the selling and buying processes, but without any unnecessary contact. The staff are knowledgeable, but friendly and excellent at their jobs. GoogleWhat a team!! After the valuation, the photos of my house were sent to me within half an hour for approval and the house was on the market. Excellent communication throughout. So many viewers, my house was sold in 14days. I would highly recommend the Square Room. What a professional service.

GoogleMy experience with the Letting staff & one girl in particular was nothing but RUDE, UNHELPFUL & CONDESCENDING. I’d give my landlord 20 stars & the lovely girl who did the viewing both on renting & prior to my move out but the agents were dreadful & very much tainted the excitement of move in.... Contrary to the reply it wasn’t myself who viewed the property it was my Mother & I dealt with Alex via email & then on two occasions in person & I reiterate my point above, rude & condescending. The girl who showed my Mum around last year & then did both sets of viewing for a new tenant was very nice but again the girl on the phone making the arrangements when it fell through the first time was also very rude & dismissive. I’m afraid my view will not change & I feel your reply was very rude & telling me I was wrong & implying I was making up an entire conversation I had prior to the viewings is RUDE. I have absolutely no issue returning key & I’m in constant contact with my Landlord & have a very good relationship with them. The issues was with you as an office saying one thing & then implying I was lying.. The keys will now be returned to the Landlords Daughter.

She was not rude on the phone to you and only requested that you return the keys to our office now you have moved out of the property, as requested by your landlord so we can now do the checkout.

From the first meeting with Paul back in January to the completion yesterday I have been very impressed. Had an offer over the asking price within 4 days of it going up for sale. The Square Room came recommended to me and I can see why. Never did I think that the process would run so smoothly, but it has. Sue has been an absolute star and supported me all the way through, keeping me updated at each step.

GoogleHaving appointed the Square Room to sell my property around mid December 2023, they proceeded to find me a buyer within 2 days of it going live, and got to within £1000 of the asking price. The whole experience was excellent, the staff very attentive and helpful, in particular Paul and Alex, who kept me in the loop and provided updates regularly. I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending using The Square Room to sell a property on the Fylde Coast, and should we require an estate agent in the future they’ll definitely be my first port of call. But it was the insightful guidance of the local property market (with no sales pitch!) given by the Square Room MD Paul Bayliss that persuaded me to place my business with him. Charges were on a par (if not a little better) than other local agents which is always a positive. Great communication from the team at their HO in Thornton kept me updated and made the sale process as painless as possible. Well worth the 5 star recommendation.

I was supplied with a reasonable valuation based on sale prospect, extensive information on all the similar properties they had sold in the immediate area and sufficient information for me to have confidence in their abilities. Property was sold within two weeks and the team kept me updated throughout the process with emails, text messages and phone calls. Highly recommend this local agency.

GoogleThis was our first move in 50 years, thanks to the team at Square Room this was made as easy as possible. We were kept informed off all details regarding our sale and our purchase. It was good to speak to the same person when receiving calls, met the same person when viewing and having the same person showing viewers around our home.
