My husband and I had been searching for a place to rent for the past two months and honestly were starting to feel very frustrated with the whole process. We had previously spoken to Ethan at Streets Ahead about what we were looking for, but while searching elsewhere we completely forgot to follow up. On Tuesday, Ethan called to check if we were still looking for a one-bedroom flat, and from that moment everything changed. He told us he had a property available, arranged a viewing the very same day, and as soon as we saw the flat, we absolutely loved it. What really stood out was Ethan’s professionalism, dedication, and communication throughout the entire process. He assisted us every step of the way, especially with arranging a guarantor, and he was available day and night to answer any questions we had. Every call was answered within a few rings, every message was replied to almost immediately, and he kept us informed right until everything was completed.Thanks to Ethan’s hard work and efficiency, we secured the flat within just 2 days! We genuinely cannot thank him enough for making what had been such a stressful experience feel easy and smooth. If you are looking to rent through Streets Ahead, I highly recommend asking for Ethan. I found my perfect little Irish cottage near Ennistymon listed by Peri Griffin. This was my 3rd attempt at buying. She answered the phone on the first ring, and that was my ongoing experience! Helpful, cheery and honest! Peri was always there when needed, answering questions about the process, relaying information between myself and the vendor(seller), and covering visits to the property when I wasn't available. Peri is thoughtful, kind and positive, always offering a solution if something got difficult. I practiced real estate in the US for many years and know the difference between a great "agent" and a poor one. She's in the great category. I could tell by the interactions that she also served the vendor very well, sometimes a bit tricky to be on both sides, but she did it with care and professionalism. I bid higher on the property because I knew I could trust her. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest her as a listing agent if you are selling, she will certainly work to get you the best price, and ABSOLUTELY happy to recommend her if you are a buyer and you want a fair and honest purchasing experience. She really is a delightful person, and it really matters when you are approaching and navigating real estate transactions!
