Myself and my family have recently secured a new rental property through Streets Ahead. With everything going on with the current pandemic the team at Streets Ahead were really exceptional. We dealt with a few members of staff but mainly it was Charlie that assisted us most. His service was excellent and he was efficient and always followed through on what he said he would do. He was also a great help when it came to dealing with our existing landlord who was being very difficult. I would definitely recommend Charlie and the Streets Ahead team to anyone looking to buy or rent a property. 👍🏾

Gemma was the agent who helped us through viewing our first flat and I have to say she was very helpful and professional. She gave us all the information about referencing and how we would go about making an offer on the property. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and others in the area. She honestly was just really on it, organised and well prepared! She made it so easy to keep in contact and give us the info we needed. It was the best experience we have had with an estate agent! :D

Gemma Greasley has been our lettings person for not 1 but 2 properties and she is such a delight to work with! She has been very attentive to mine, my husband & families needs, during the COVID-19 it has been very stressful for us as we had to be abruptly moved out of our current rented home and we had to look for somewhere quick to move and Gemma made that happen! Natalie Sanders has been absolutely amazing in getting my property rented out. Natalie was quick, efficient and went out of her way to help - nothing was too much trouble. Despite Covid-19 a really lovely tenant was found thanks to Natalie's hard work and great judgement of character. I had a bad experience with a previous agent which was highlighted even more with Natalie's honesty, professionalism and dedication. She held my hand throughout the whole process and helped fix some paperwork issues too. I genuinely am beyond thankful to her on all fronts. Zeenat Malik - my Lettings Progressor was amazing, she helped me to get together all of my necessary documentation and quickly arranged the EPC certificate to name one item. Zeenat was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond and get back to me with any questions - all of which she had the answer too immediately. Again, nothing was too much trouble for Zeenat. To say I recommend Natalie and Zeenat at Streets Ahead is an understatement - I wouldn't use another agent ever again. Thank you x

We've used Street's Ahead twice to move house and both times they've been excellent. The stand out qualities in my view are the staff - in particular Jola and Mary Jane spring to mind... in an industry not known for its straight talk and honesty I found both these people a breath of fresh air, doing what they say they are going to do and when. When shopping around prior to choosing SA and mentioning my intentions to instruct them, their competition couldn't say a bad word about them which I think says a lot. The sales progressor model they use is very effective and keeps the chain moving forward. Mary Jane does this in a friendly way but you know she's on the ball chasing things before you have a chance to call her. Things going wrong when moving house is all part and parcel of it but for both moves I think how SA handled it when it happens reinforced that we made the right choice. We received honest advice and I felt they treated the potential buyers for our house ethically which was important to me as I'm not a fan of sneaky sales tactics. We are now happily in our new house no small part thanks to Jola and his team. wholeheartedly recommend

WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING

My husband died whilst we were due to move. I asked for the sale to be stopped to which legally I couldn’t as we had exchanged contracts. I arrived home on the Monday after my husband passing on the Sunday, to receive the biggest bouquet of flowers from SA. With a very kind note if we can doing anything please ask. A few days later I then received a WhatsApp message from one of their senior managers “ Are you still selling, can we find you another property?”I then received a phone call asking me to pay my invoice. I questioned what for.... to be told we have sold your house for you, if have chose not to move not our problem. I offered to pay £1,500.00 of the £9,200 commission they were charging as a gesture of good will. This was refused. My husband was laid to rest the first week of June. I received an email the next day requesting the invoice was settled otherwise this would need to be passed to the credit agencies. My son made contact with Manager and asked why he would bully a woman who still had not moved out of the house and was grieving for her husband.I have now moved out of the house and SA have been paid in full. I would never ever use them again. They are complete wide boys in flash cars, fake smiles and false relations. They were aware my husband sick during the selling process. They have no empathy or feelings. The ironic thing every time I spoke to Manager his statement was “ I really liked your husband”. They would never have treated me this way had he been alive, they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope this scenario never happens to them.STAY AWAY ABSOLUTE WOLVES !!!!
