When we decided too sell our property we chose Streets Ahead Estate Agents in Crystal Palace,We was met by the wonderful Jola Bamigbola who came too view our property,From the word go Jola has been outstanding he did everything in his power on a smooth sale, he communicated with solicitors and ourselves throughout the whole process,Jola is outstanding at his work, always there when we needed him, never missed our calls and even came too see us and say goodbye on our completion off the sale off our home, So he definitely needs too be recognised for his outstanding work and talent!Thank you Jola Mr and Mrs G Georgiou.

FacebookI have sincerely had an awesome experience with Streets Ahead from viewing the property in 2018 to moving and checking out in 2021. It’s just been exceptional. Alex was the person who carried out my viewing appointment. She was knew exactly what I was looking for in a flat which made it easy for me to accept on first viewing. Then not to talk of late Callum who was my property manager for the duration of 2 years. He was literally the best as he dealt with all of my queries promptly, professional and effectively. Even if the landlord didn’t want to adhere to his advice, he would still inform me. I could go on and on about Callum as he was a man of his word. He always had a story and solution for every problem, lol. When it was time for my and family to start looking for a new place, George got involved with searching for new places within the area. He was also exceptional as he would send me 3-4 properties with the space of 3 days and this was on a weekly basis. He also informed his colleagues to contact me if they had other properties in mind. He has great interpersonal skills and knows how to quickly identify the needs of a customer. Not to talk of Shakira who recently took over from Callum. Also another awesome staff who is also prompt and efficient in handling queries. No wonder you guys are growing and advancing so rapidly within the UK. FacebookAbsolutely blown away by the stellar service of Gemma Greasley. We were relocating from the US, dealing with time differences, pets etc- and she made the entire process efficient and seemingly effortless. Moving is challenging but her lovely personality and resourcefulness shone through. She was the ONLY estate agent, who replied fast and contacted us via What's app additionally to e-mail- catching on that we were doing this remotely from the US. She sent a detailed walk- through-video- (with a REAL lens not a fish eye that distorts the dimensions), guided us through the forms and being an advocate when it came to finding something that was pet friendly. I have never met her in person- such are the times we live in, but I am touched by her kindness and efficiency and I would bear -hug her in a heartbeat. thank you!! we are so excited about our new home.

I must say, Katraielle Grant has been amazing. My Fiance and I needed a place to stay after our wedding. We found our ideal location on rightmove and immediately received a response about a viewing. Katraielle has helped us out immensely. It hasn't been a full week and here I am picking up the keys tomorrow. I have been informed and kept in the loop throughout the process.No complaints about the process.

FacebookStreets Ahead South Norwood were fantastic at selling my dads home. The house selling process was new to us and there were the implications of COVID. Phillip really helped us to understand each stage in the process which made my dad really feel at ease. Communication before every viewing was good, so he always knew when to expect people. We were never made to feel stupid no matter what the question. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to for Phillip and the South Norwood Branch. Thank you so much for your hard work and help!

FacebookWanted to say a big thank you to Libby for helping me get my perfect flat. I saw the advert in the evening and called up around 7pm. I was told someone would phone me tomorrow. Streets Ahead opened at 8.30am and at 8.31am I had a voicemail from Libby. I asked if I could view the property ASAP and she met me there a couple of hours later. Before the day had ended I’d paid my holding deposit and could relax that I’d got the flat I wanted. Again a big thank you to Libby for acting so quickly and professionally on my behalf and to the whole team at Streets Ahead.

Whilst we weren't able to find a match for me, he was prompt in replying to my messages, proactive in contacting me about new properties coming onto the market and flexible in showing me a number of places to narrow my search. Moving during a pandemic was not an easy task and George took the time out to really listen to what I wanted from a property and was very patient with me through my indecisiveness. Zeenat made the moving process seamlessly easy and replied to all my queries in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better team to facilitate my move. Thank you both
