GoogleHave called a number of times over the last 6 weeks (3 separate occasions) trying to get viewings on properties for sale. Each time I've rung I was told someone would call me back to get these confirmed and not once in 3 separate calls have I been contacted. The last time I rang almost two weeks ago I told the agent that I keep calling and get no calls back she apologised and said someone would contact me and almost 2 weeks later nothing. Very disappointed

Once I switched to using Haart and in particular Mo and Danny, things moved up a gear and I got near asking price for my property. GoogleMy agent was super efficient and reassuring throughout the process. My personal experience had a few issues for numerous reasons, however my agent was always on hand to support and reassure, making me feel confident the finalising of the property would happen. She was always on hand and available to contact whenever I needed. This made me feel very at ease, especially because she developed a personal relationship rather than it seeming like a business transaction. Thank you for all your help!
