I had Danny Grey Senior Branch Manager from Haart Thornton Heath round to value property for me on Thursday 25/7/19 Firstly we received a call to say he would be late, 5min before he should have arrived. So he turns up sits down give me all the talk of how quick he could sell the property & that he had a 3-bed open day in the area on Saturday 27/7/19 & could get 13 QUALIFIED VIEWINGS ON THIS DAY ALONE! As you can imagine I WAS quite impressed with this we discussed the cost of selling the said property & instructed Haart to sell the property Now I'm under no illusions that he would have sold it by the Monday! I arrange for him to meet at the property on the 26/7/19 to take photos & Give him a set of keys which at this point he tells me he has NOW GOT 17 PEOPLE TO VIEW THIS HOUSE ON SATURDAY & is it ok to do another viewing on the Friday by now I'm blown away. He tells me that I will get a call on Monday to give me the feedback. Unbeknown to Mr. Danny Grey I have my 70-year-old auntie living two doors away & she may be 70 but her nickname is Miss Marple she KNOWS EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON IN THIS LITTLE CUL-DE-SAC SHE SITS IN HER CHAIR ALL DAY JUST WATCHING WHAT GOES ON. SO SATURDAY arrives & if I get one phone call I must have had 17 phone calls from Miss Marple ( I THINK SHE MUST HAVE WORKED FOR MI5 AT SOME POINT IN HER LIFE ) telling me not one yes not one person has viewed that house! to my amazement! So Monday I call Mr Grey to get an explanation to have him tell me that there were viewings on Saturday & that he would call me later with the said feedback. I left it until 5pm & called back to be told he was with clients & would call back he eventually called at 6.30pm to inform me there were only 6 viewings the other 10 were no shows! but didn't have any feedback as yet! & would call me at 10am today I knew by this time the words from his mouth were just blatant lies because there is also a Security camera at the said property ( JUST INCASE MISS MARPLE MISSED SOMETHING :-) So I get a phone to call this morning & now after informing him of Miss Marple he tells me that all those SEVENTEEN YES SEVENTEEN viewings cancelled because of wait for it THE WEATHER. Once he was found out he started getting rude to me so I just hung the phone up went down to the office & collected the keys In my opinion, this man has no morales & just tells people lies avoid this company at all costs.

phoned up Thornton Heath Haart on a whim after looking for (semi-half heartedly) years for our first property. Mo was really helpful. Took us to see loads of properties within our price range and found a few we were interested in. We were anxious about the moving process and he was not pushy when it came to the sell, acknowledging that this is a big financial commitment and that this should solely be our choice without the run of the usual pressure from many estate agents that puts potential buyers, like myself and partner, off. We had many a visit back and finally made an offer. His kindness and support was genuine, which is really needed in a time like this. We went initially out of ease to Lara, Just Mortgages for our brokerage, who sits in the office with them. But now really glad we did! She’s a diamond and it really has taken the stress out of what is known as the most stressful thing you can do in your life and moulds around your time table. Instead of worrying about the things that you essentially have no power over, we are worrying about sofas! Thank you guys! Let’s continue with the momentum!

Our experience with Haart,Thornton Heath estate agency was excellent. Superb service from Danny and Christine,they were very supportive ,knowledgeable,professional throughout the sale of our house. Encouraging attitude was kept up to date throughout the entire process. We manage to have a very good offer on the first weekend and although the buyer couldn’t get the mortgage they found in few weeks another buyer. Only problem we had which delayed the process was DC Law solicitors(never recommend them to anyone ) Haart thanks for everything!

Hi Danny, I just wanted to thank you most sincerely for taking over and coordinating the sale of our flat. During these times of Covid 19 selling the property became even more difficult but you were able to go between our solicitor and the purchasers solicitor, as well as keeping in touch with the buyers to give them confidence and keep them on track to conclude the deal ,at the same time keeping us as sellers informed at all stages in the process. Absolutely amazing service!! Danny introduced me to Haart and is very knowledgeable about the market. I was with two other agents before agreeing to sign up with Haart and it was under offer witching 24 hours of signing up - this after being on the market for months with other agents. Mo massively assisted by working with me setting up the deal so to speak, the amount of energy and effort he put into the role of making it all that worth while is amazing and it paid off. Having dealt at different points with all the local agents I am very happy and impressed by the level of help and honesty Danny has shown me when other agents treated me like I was a hinderance. Mo was a real star as Haart set out to sell our house after several failed attempts. He drew in the buyers and very soon we had an interested party. But MO did not stop there he followed up until the house was really sold. The price was good too. and finally we exchanged with Mo watching over. We were expected a valuation on our property in Thornton Heath and an appointment had been made for someone to come by one afternoon. Not only did no one come over at the time specified but we also called the branch to ask were his whereabouts were and they said they would find out and call us back. We never received a call back and now the office is shut. This is tremendously unprofessional and it sets the standard for the type of people running this Branch. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company who take very little care in their customer service and time management.

Below expectations,very bad experience.i wanted to rent a flat that i saw with my husband so i booked a viewing.all fine up to this point.i said i will take it and i provided my card details to the agent and he said he has to go back to the office and contact me later in regards to the contract.nobody called me back and when i contacted them they said they can not find the landlord,after they said the manager it's out of the office.i tried to call back the other day and asking for the manager and same story he will contact me when will be back but nothing yet.very dessapointing and unprofessional staff.also the staff had an arrogant behaviour over the phone.shame,i tought they are one of the best in town

My estate agent is Trai, he was very accommodating, made the viewing process easier then I expected, and quickly got to know the type of house I and my family were interested in. He arranged for us to see a series of houses in the area we were interested in. We quickly found a home by the second round of visits, which was only a few days apart. Hence we made an offer within a week of house hunting and acceptance by the seller made very quickly by Trai and his colleagues. Trai knew his properties and answered all my questions concerning the properties and surrounding facilities such as local transports and shops etc. He informed us about possible extension and when permission has been given and was patience with us. I must say all the staff I met were very professional and knew their properties. I would certainly recommend using Haart to all my friends and family.

My sales agent was Mohamed Adan, he is such a brilliant and very professional sales person. Mo was very supportive to me through out d sales and purchase process, he was very reassuring and going the extra mile to help me solve all my concerns and problems. I had the pleasure of working with Mo Adan on the purchase of my new home. I had contacted him to arrange a few viewings of a couple of properties I had seen and in arranging this, he suggested that I view some others that i hadn't flagged but had met most of my requirements. I fell in love with a home which wasn't in my preferred area but ticked a lot of boxes. What struck me the most, is that most estate agents are normally out for themselves and just want to get as much money as they can for the seller but Mo genuinely had my interests and well as the sellers interests at heart. Because I really wanted the property, he was rooting for me and was very supportive throughout the whole process. Mo managed my expectations very well and I can honestly say that he has been one of the best estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with. I hope our paths cross again in the future.
