I would definitely recommend the Farrell and Heyworth team in the Thornton Cleveleys office. They helped me find what I thought was my perfect home, sadly my purchasers sale fell through and I subsequently lost the property they helped me find. All was not lost though, and as soon as I was ready to search again, they found me an even better property. They negotiated my offers on both properties to enable me to get it in my price bracket. In particular I would like to thank Katie in the office team for arranging last minute viewings and negotiating so well on my behalf. Nothing was too much trouble for her even when I was phoning 2 or 3 times a day she remained her lovely calm, polite self and reassured me when I needed it most. Everything from start to finish was handled so well by Katie and the team. Thank you so much for everything- I just need the keys now 😆 xx

I would highly recommend Farrell Heyworth Cleveleys. Vicki initially did the valuation, she was very knowledgeable of the area and the presentation was great, full of all the information we needed to make an informed decision such as houses for sale in the area, what they are selling for, how long they have been on the market. The different advertising packages, what you got with each and how it made a difference. The valuation was honest and realistic. The selling fee was competitively priced and there was no fixed term. Once we agreed on Farrell Heyworth selling our house Katie and Tilly took over managing the viewings, they were quick to get the house on right move, for sale sign went up within days and the professional photos were excellent. When viewings were booked and we got plenty of notice of them. They were constantly looking for potential buyers and would keep us updated on how each viewing went. We had viewings most weeks. The MyFH page was a really good as it had everything on it. The valuation presentation, viewings planned and feedback from them afterwards. They got us a buyer for our house within a short space of time. Once we had an offer in place Katie and Tilly kept checking in to make sure the final stages were running smoothly. Overall a fantastic service, would definitely recommend them.

We have recently sold our home and moved in to our new house. It has certainly been a long process and that’s no fault of Farrell Hayworth. Katie supported us in the beginning and was excellent. Later on in the process Alison Whiteside kept us informed and updated. We cannot thank her enough, she is incredible at what she does! Farrell Hayworth are a fantastic estate agency, right from the start they were great. The team are all very helpful, but our Agent, Taleah(Tilly) Taylor was exactly what you need and expect from an estate agent. Very friendly, professional and competent, and she was always contactable when you needed something. She sold my partners property the first week it went up with them after a previous agency failed multiple times to get the sale for us. I would highly recommend Farrell Hayworth to anyone who is selling a property or even looking for their next home, they arent the type to take on a million properties at once so they will be able to help you with any issues or questions you'll no doubt have, they will always make time to guide you through the process of buying or selling.

When i approached Farrell Heyworth to sell my home, I was very taken with the enthusiasm that i was shown. I spoke to "Vicki" and her enthusiasm for my home and knowledge about the markets that would be targetted shone through. Vicki was able to tell me the target audience and i felt that Farrel Heyworth would go all out to sell my home. Not only that, they would ease the transition from my current home to my new one. This was a concern for me but Vicki assured me that they would assist in making this happen. Over all, I am comfotable in moving the sale over to Farrell Heyworth, Initially i wanted to go with Farrell Heyworth, But was tempted buy anothe local agent with slightly lower fees and i went with the lower estate agent, but they could not demonstrate the same enthusiasm for selling my home. I felt like they were not invested in the sale as they did not like theprice we listed at. I felt that the savings that were possible for the lower fees may be lost in their lack of enthusiasm for the property price and could suggest lowering my price. Going with the lower fees may be a false economy. "Vicki" and Farrell Heyworth definately gave me an impression that my home was valued correctly and that it was in good hands.

All FH Cleveleys staff have been brilliant. From initial contact through to the valuation has been seamless. Had Taleah come round to do my property appraisal, she was punctual which for me is a big thing. She asked all the relevant questions with regards to the property giving her an insight as to the marketable value of my bungalow. Her knowledge of the local area and housing stock is second to none. Upon agreeing a price she was able to show me a full presentation of how the property would be shown to prospective buyers and it was extremely impressive. Very very poor service, after a great start by Nathan last night sadly Mike was a no show today after a 35 minute wait I gave up. I have received no communication from anyone at all No phone call, no email no apology nothing at all. I was not the only person waiting this afternoon out in the rain, a young couple who had also booked a viewing were also left waiting. Sadly the young lady was disabled which made me even angrier.
