GoogleWe've been renting with Milburys in thornbury since May 2019 and they have always been so helpful with any issues We've had. We've decided to move to a 3 bedroom house again with milburys and again can't fault them. We would definitely recommend, Gemma our old property manager is great and Mel our new property manager for our new house has been so helpful with everything.

GoogleGoing through the letting process is stressful, but having a letting agent who goes the extra mile, who has your best interests at heart, and who keeps you informed all the way, makes all difference. Mel was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. Definitely 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

GoogleI was very disappointed by the service when asking for a valuation. I felt uncomfortable in my own home whislt two agents went off to have a separate discussion about the value. They suggested significanlty less than other agents had and were unnecessarily neagtive. Within 8 weeks of listing the property we had an offer secured, which has now completed, at a significant amount more than they suggested we list it at. I am glad we listened to the advice of other agents, saving us significantly on fees and securing a good price.

GoogleDo not rent with this agent, they come across as a quaint little town agent but are vicious and vindictive. They perform revenge section 21 evictions for reporting maintenance issues during rent rise negotiations They provide false and misleading information to the DPS causing tenants to lose substantial amounts of deposit They provide false data to South Glos council for tenancy end dates to cause council tax overpayment. They fail to respond to complaints in a timely manner, fail to provide details of their ombudsman service They behave in an absolutely outrageous way when things don’t go their way and their tenants push back %15 rent rises.

GoogleMe and my partner came in to arrange a viewing on a property, the person who dealt with the property was unfortunately away on holiday, however this was no issue as they were able to get us a viewing within the hour which was perfect for us, we were shown around by a lady who was super friendly, helpful and accommodating ( I think her name was Kaela), this is our first time moving out and we felt like we could ask any questions and they were happy to help in any way with no judgement. We loved the property and decided to put an offer in, within a couple days we were all sorted and they had done a fantastic job with sorting the paperwork out between both side. Next time I need an estate agent I will 100% use Milburys Estate Agent as they were 10/10

GoogleWe have used Milburys several times and again very recently . After ringing their office Scott visited our property two days later and gave us a rental estimate which we accepted . He then took photographs and two days later our property was on the market. The following week three viewings were arranged with Cherry their Sales Negotiator which we attended . We like seeing the prospective tenants . The following day after discussion we accepted one of the applicants a lovely young couple wishing to set up there first home together. The Heads of Terms were agreed by the parties and after references the lease was completed . The administration and completion of the lease was dealt with very efficiently by their Thornbury Office. We were very pleased to use Mulbury’s again and would thoroughly recommend them. Very professional

A special thanks to our Property Manager, Tracey Tucker, for providing all the necessary information and being available for any queries. It's reassuring to have a dedicated contact for tenancy matters, and the team, including Mel, Gemma, and Kaela, have been supportive and responsive. We’re excited to start this new chapter and are very happy with the service so far!
