GoogleWe have let property at our home address for 40 years. We enlisted the help of Milburys from the outset. Over 35 years we have had only 3 very longstanding tenants - 10-15 year lets, all introduced to us by Milburys. At each changeover we have been grateful for the careful handling of introductions and management of the contract. We have just completed the latest change of tenant after a let of 16 years. So much has changed in that time from new governments rules, contractual requirements and style of furnishings now preferred. We have depended totally on Milburys' guidance in all these matters and also contacts to access relevant experts to achieve a complete refresh and upgrade of our flat. Again Milburys have been able to locate a highly suitable couple of tenants to occupy almost as soon as the flat was available.
We are as always entirely satisfied and very grateful for excellent service provided by Milburys and would recommend them to any new landlords or tenants seeking very professional help.
