GoogleWouldn't recommend.
EDIT: Changed from 2-3 stars as the bad experience I had was not entirely Haart’s fault. However, this is only after a phone call from Haart asking me to change my review, which I personally believe is inappropriate.
Negatives - communication is not great, both internally and externally. All emails I received from them came from the Sheffield branch despite the sale being handled by Thetford. Lots of misinformation which nearly caused the sale to fall through. Multiple false promises of "we can exchange next week" over the course of 3 months. Whole purchase (chain-free) took 6 months with periods of no communication for 2-3 months at a time.
Positives - all staff very friendly and arranging viewings/meetings/phone calls was very easy. Adam from JustMortgages was fantastic, taking care of everything for me quickly and easily.

It is quite a stressful time for the family, particularly as we are over 250 miles away from the cottage, although Sue has taken a lot of pressure from my shoulders with her constant assistance.
