Thanks to Jade Ramplin and Molly Loving, having done so much hard work in getting this sale through the initial stages with me. I have found the property of my dreams. My first ever interest in buying a home: I just saw the property I fell in love with in the Haart window, walked in and Jade did the rest, though to begin with I thought I would never succeed. Thanks to Molly Loving I was so impressed with how little hassle was involved, and even though paperwork is sometimes hard work, it never felt stressful. I may be the sort of person to eternally live in hope, however Five Stars to them, and to Haart, Thetford - for making me a very happy customer.

Molly Loving is without doubt an exceptional estate agent. I have worked as an estate agent for 11yrs & my husband being in sales for over 20years, we are both so impressed that Molly has constantly contacted us for 2 years with potential properties. During these years she has always maintained a professional positive and informative approach, in our search for a house we have contacted up to a hundred agents & Molly has been the only one that has identified a potential sales opportunity & insured she has kept in contact with us & built a relationship & shown a keen interest in our search. Molly would be an asset for any estate agent and within any professional sales roll. I bought a house from a client of Haarts and after the completion there were a number of problems. I did not think Haarts would be that interested in resolving the issues as the sale had gone through. I was wrong; they were brilliant. With the help of my solicitor and their excellent post sales service we were able to get the seller to acknowledge their responsibilities and resolve the outstanding matters from the sale. I particularly want to thank Nadine, Jade and Molly who all worked to ensure the post sale problems were dealt with. I would highly recommend this team.

We agreed on a selling price together and my house was sold within the month after having several viewings. What I liked about Haarts is that they kept me informed all the way, negotiated effectively with my buyers and smoothed out any wrinkles which inevitably occur when moving house. I moved during lockdown and all covid safety restrictions were taken into consideration by the estate agent and anyone viewing the house seemed well informed. The solicitors they suggested were great and charges were very clearly outlined with no unpleasant surprises. From first contact to conclusion of our business, Molly could not help enough. From finding out information, progressing the sale as much as she was able, to facilitating visits to the house when needed in order for me to progress my plans for the house. Big thank you too Scott who after working for your company since 2011 I've now given up the window cleaning. As a cost cutting exercise they have cut the cleaning down to 1 clean per month. The only problem is that the windows need regular cleaning and will have the remnants of the weekend night life left on the windows. On top of that waiting for up to three months sometimes for my money and a lot of chasing for it it's just not worth the hassle. Any one taking on this job will be advised to think hard before they start the contract.

So selling my late fathers house was anything but easy it was a little bumpy ride to say the least, not any part of it being ours or our estate agents fault but further down the chain, but all I can say is that molly, Jake and Nadine from the thetford branch were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Nothing was too much trouble even though I felt a bit of a pain at times. My house sale & purchase kept threatening to go off the rails due to complications, and some poor management, with the chain. The Team at Haart Thetford and particularly Jake Eady not only covered the gaps left by their less thorough counterparts, he worked really hard to make sure the chain did not fall apart by informing & negotiating all along the chain. It is great when things go smoothly, and to be fair anybody could do almost any job when nothing goes wrong. Jake demonstrated his abilities by stepping up when things did go wrong. We had seen a property that we wanted to move too, I called up and spoke with Dan and he was able to book me in for a valuation on our home within a couple of days. He came out and talked through how he could help sell our home and whilst he was there he took a call from his colleague to say they had someone already lined up who was looking for our type of property so they came and viewed our home within the hour! I highly recommend Haart. My partner and I are in the final stages of purchasing our first home and Haart have been nothing short of excellent throughout. Having mostly dealt with Jake and Nadine throughout the process I can say that both were extremely attentive and proactive and helped to get our purchase progressed very quickly and painlessly. The other members of the team were also very helpful whenever we needed to speak to someone. Another big plus is that the mortgage broker and conveyancer Haart recommended were both top class as well. All in all, Haart Thetford has the feel of a genuine quality agent - they seem to actually care about their clients and it is clear from beginning to end. Highly recommended!
