We spoke to Ethan when we started the process of selling our house and he gave us some great advice and realistic ideas about our property and how the market was going. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the best way to get our house on peoples viewing list. When we had questions he was always helpful and responsive to our needs. I would really like to express my appreciation for Victoria Ekiert, who was incredibly polite and helpful throughout all the viewings. Despite it being only her second day at work, she did an excellent job. Not only did she clearly explain everything we needed to know, but she also answered most of our questions thoroughly. Sue was lovely to start with but unfortunately none of the details were checked with me before my property was advertised and there were many mistakes. I never authorised any details that went online. Nobody at Haart attempted to ask me to get any details authorised. At least 3 times my house was advertised online without my permission, with incorrect details, such as wrong number of bathrooms, confusing descriptions of rooms, minimal description of area , even though I told them correct information. The last time they put my house online they were fully aware I no longer wanted them to sell my house. They also won't let me out of the contract even though they can't seem to do their job. Then they have the nerve to say they introduced people and if they buy 2 years down the line I would need to pay commission? Even though nobody has seen correct details and I have had no viewings. DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT Update after their laughable comment: They said I had 1 bathroom when I have a main bathroom, an en suite and a cloakroom. I would have been happy if they said I had 2. But they could never get that right as Sue who somehow got to the position of branch manager doesn't know how to use the computer. Sue spent minimal time on my advert, the reason given was that all the other staff left, I can only speculate why. I got more upset the more errors I found and the fact that my listing kept being online with a just plain bad advert. It's gone to the ombudsman now so they can sort it out, I lost count of the number of code of practice provisions they broke.

We had a particularly complicated house move last month but Nadine was empathetic and helpful throughout the whole process. She was having to keep our buyers sweet as well as liaising with us/our broker/solicitor/developer and she did this with great positivity. She kept us informed of any updates she became aware of and appeared genuinely interested in our situation, even calling us on her day off to ensure we were kept up to date. A great service from this individual and this company in an industry that often gets criticised. We also dealt with Molly at the beginning of the selling process who was equally helpful. Having searched for a property over a period of a 2 years and liaising with a number of estate agents throughout that time, I must admit most have a bad reputation for their practices and lack of communication, however Haart's approach and care stands out from the rest and they have been brilliant.
