Haart in Thetford dealt with the sale of my parents house with efficiently and care. I didn't live locally and they handled everything, from obtaining reputable movers, cleaners, locksmiths and plumbers so that I didn't have to worry in phoning around trying to find reliable contractors. They were sensitive to the fact that this house sale was due to bereavement and helped in anyway that they could. My only criticism was the many automated letters that arrived for each offer/update to the sale. Quite a waste of paper, email or one letter would have been better. Stuart and Dan were personable, not pushy, not fake, just genuine guys.

We had quite a stressful time selling our property, and it took quite a while from the Offer to Exchange due to a long chain and many issues cropping up along the way. Nadine was worth her weight in gold for Haart Thetford, as she kept in contact, sometimes daily, to keep me updated on what was going on. We can't thank Nadine enough, as without her being on the other end of the line, I think I'd have no hair left due to all of the stress! Nadine - you rock! Thank you :-)

We travelled through Suffolk and norfolk to find our perfect home. We visited multiple estate agents throughout the two counties and luckily dropped into Haart in Thetford. What a breath of fresh air ! We were put at ease immediately. We were listened to and supported from the first foot in the door. Peter Dunne spent the the next three days showing us properties to our specifications and kept in contact at all times. We can't praise his customer service enough. We are still in the process and have had an offer on our property and put an offer in on a property which hopefully will be our dream home. Peter is keeping us updated regularly the other end and in contact with our estate agent this end. Fingers crossed the rest will go smoothly. We weren't even thinking of moving house because we love the Close we live in, however with a son and twin daughters we knew eventually we would need to upscale to a 4 bed. Our dream 4 bed, just four doors away went on the market. Within the hour I had viewed it and made and offer which was accepted. The problem was our house was not even on the market and we needed a quick sale or face the possibility of loosing the home of our dreams! The house we purchased was being marketed by purple bricks who had also given me a quote to sell mine with all the promise of getting a quick sale and holding our hand all the way through. Then I met Stephen and he filled me with every confidence he could get a quick sale for me. Yes, more expensive but worth every last penny let me promise you! Within a few short days we had viewings lined up for our house and it was sold to the first viewers. Also having taken Stephens great advice of the value of our property, sold our house for £6000 above the asking price. We were delighted, as promised Haarts had come through for us. But it didn't end there! Lisa was absolutely fantastic helping us to choose the right mortgage product for our needs and ensuring the mortgage application was quick and efficient. Furthermore the peace of mind that comes with any viewers of your property being fully vetted before viewing in terms of their current position and ability to make a purchase means you are not faced with time wasters and the people viewing your property are in the right position to suit the timescales you are faced with. The right buyer for your own personal situation. The process throughout the sale and purchase has not been without the usual ups and downs of being in a chain, however Haarts and in particular Josh have been fantastic. Just when I thought I may possibly loose every will to live, Josh supported me, making all the necessary calls to solicitors, our buyers and chasing purple bricks to ensure everything was moving along swiftly and the right level of communication between all parties was being upheld. Best of all he called me regularly to confirm what he was doing and how he was chasing things through even if he didn't have all of the answers. This gave me peace of mind and I can't tell you how important that is when you don't feel you are getting all the answers from your solicitors. Josh was relentless in getting the answers for us, keeping on top of all parties involved. Incidentally, purple bricks who had promised to hold the hands of the lovely couple we purchased our new home from were no where to be seen or heard from the minute the house was sold. I am so relieved I chose Haarts as my agents. They have made what can be a very stressful time with 3 small children in tow, an absolute breeze. It's like the saying "you get what you pay for" if you are looking for first class service, efficient marketing and sale of your property but most importantly a first class post sale customer service to ensure you get your sale to completion look no further than Stephen and his team. We are absolutely delighted. You won't be disappointed. 😃

I would definetly recommend the team they have at Haart in Thetford. We were tipped off from a neighbour who had already sold their property with Haart. Steve made initial contact and made every effort to ensure the process would be easier for us considering we have a young toddler to deal with. Very friendly, and took an interest in our day-to-day life. Lisa, our mortgage adviser, was fantastic from day one and always made time for us. Again, she was very understanding. Despite an obvious workload on her hands she was always available to talk to and help us out. Josh was a diamond during some difficult times with our solicitors (long story). Towards the end of buying our new property he stayed beyond working times, on a Friday evening, to ensure we moved at the earliest opportunity. Friendly, funny and goes that extra step to provide great customer service. These 3 were the guys we dealt without but the whole team were always helpful, professional and provided a great service. Nadine has been most helpful in a rather truncated sale of my late mothers house. She pushed as much as she could but others were not so. It would have nice to have the full picture prior to agreeing the sale so that wasn’t the best service. The office in bury who were looking after the bottom of the chain were not helpful and at times most condescending.
