GoogleExcellent service provided over a 10 year period as a landlord. Always quick to manage and deal with issues effectively, and always willing to help out when asked. Particularly happy with the service provided by the staff when support / info was required when serving an accelerated eviction notice. The subsequent house sale was also managed very efficiently. Professional, knowledgable, friendly and reliable. Would recommend their services to any landlord, house seller or buyer.

GoogleKat at Chilterns is one of the best estate agents I have ever worked with and good agents are very hard to come by! Her dedication, expertise, and warm demeanour made this process enjoyable and streamlined. I have used Kat and Chilterns for both buying and selling property and wouldn't consider using anyone else (unless Kat moves somewhere else of course :) ) Look after her, she is a very valuable person to have in the team. Highly recommended!

GoogleI am a first time buyer and have had a great experience with Chilterns from start to finish. They have been so kind and professional. I have been kept up to date the whole time and could not fault them. They knew their stuff about the properties I was viewing, always on time to viewings, and able to help on email/ phone. I went to viewings with other estate agents who were late, unprofessional, and when I asked questions I was told “it is all online”. This was not the case with Chilterns. Thank you especially to Joe, Becca and Katherine. Would recommend for both selling and buying a property.
