FacebookAs a contractor working with Chancellors has been great the refurbishment dept and property managers are friendly and helpful. Casey Gramson and Elysia Phillips have been fantastic to work with. They help greatly to get jobs completed, relaying information to Landlords and tenants.

Facebookwith advice asking us to market our house at over 30k less than value, plus a lack of competence, we regret ever signing up with Chancellors. waiting for the contract to end so we can go with more competent estate agents.

Facebookabsolutely appalling service. i cancelled the contract with them within the 14 days period due to a change in circumstances. they never even visited the property to take photos and it was never placed on rightmove. what followed was 4 months of debt letters, demanding paying costs. now been sent a county court letter. completely ignored when i challenged the costs, taken off in under 7 days. disgusting level of service. NEVER use this agent.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Chancellors when we sold our house in early 2014. We used Chancellors to sell our house and Chancellors were also the agent for the house that we bought so we experienced both buying and selling with the agent. From a selling perspective, I felt that Chancellors provided a well researched and thought out valuation based on the high volume of sales they have around Thatcham and a good aprasal of our property. I also felt they new to whom it should be marketed. Chancellors also provided the services of a local professional photographer who was excellent in ensuring that the photographs represented the house in a good light. The experience was just as positive from a buying perspective. Once offers have been accepted and chains closed Chancellors pass you onto a case manger which we found useful. their remit is to ensure that the solicitors move things along and act as an intermediary. This is largely to ensure that the sale goes through to get a commission but it also helps buyers and sellers. I'd have no hesitation is recommending the team in Thatcham.

Everyone I dealt with in the office from the intial enquiry regarding marketing through to completion was dealt with very efficiently and I was kept informed every step of the way. GoogleWe found Chancellors a great asset when selling our home. They performed excellently on levels throughout the process and kept us well informed. Once our property was marketed we started to have good quality viewings more or less straight away. We found their overall knowledge on the locality excellent when dealing with perspective buyers in particular informing buyers on local schools and amenities. We'd personally recommend "Georgina" who was fantastic from beginning to end who exceeded our expectations I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Thatcham branch of Chancellors.
