FacebookHorrendous experience in Wycombe. Especially during Covid but even before. The team are really unhelpful, do not listen, and even if you are entitled to help legally they delay it because they work for the landlord who tends to be a big company or corporation with no empathy. Honestly just avoid this company save yourself the grief.

GoogleTried to view one house through them. I had to chase them - you’d think they would call back and arrange the viewing.
Good if you want to benchmark prices - but most things on their website weren’t actually for sale still - seemingly to bulk up their site. In the end gave up even considering houses through them.

Even though outstanding references were given and a high standing guarantor once the client had spoken to the potential tenant and realised the race of the tenant they then declined. Absolutely disgusting how they can have such clients! Beware!!!!!

The owner has moved in and is living at the property... so any damage caused now will likely be blamed on us... no clue when/if my £2k deposit will be returned. No one ever calls you back.
