GoogleAlthough not ready to move just yet as im still saving my deposit, i found Dan and Victoria in the Birchington branch to be very helpful and despite going in asking about rental properties i am now really pleased to know that i will be able to buy my first home one day soon. Having also had a chat with their very knowledgable Mortgage Advisor.

Shocking agent. They illegal let a workman into my property while I was away who made a mess, started work without my permission, and worst of all: stole some of my stuff. They are refusing to help. All I got was a "were sorry we didn't tell you someone was coming round" email. Now they are trying to withhold my deposit. Absolute crooks.

Our Moving Process started in May 2023 and have finally just Exchanged January 2024 due to one reason or another along the chain, however throughout the whole process Lisa Cook the Sales Progressor couldn’t of done more to ensure things ran smoothly…She had such a calm and professional manner and although I may NEVER move again I would definitely recommend her to others !!!!!
