My house was on the market for a long time before it was sold. Everyone at Miles & Barr were very supportive and did everything they could to help us get a sale. Scott was very helpful along with the rest of the team.The person who stood out the most was Debbie Mead the Sales Progressor. Debbie was amazing and worked tirelessly to get things sorted out for us. She was responsive and empathic towards our situation and was very knowledgeable about the whole selling process. She liaised with the solicitor and pushed them along when they were not completing things in a timely manner. Debbie made the whole process much easier for us and we trusted that she was always working to support us. Thank you Debbie.

House purchases are ALWAYS stressful but especially so when your mortgage offer is expiring, the solicitor you're using are incompetent and have sat on your file for 6 months and the seller is getting impatient and wanting to pull out of the process however... Lisa Cook from Miles and Barr has been by far THE most helpful person I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the entire process and quite honestly without Lisa's patience, understanding and wealth of knowledge I may have genuinely lost the plot by now. Thank you Lisa for keeping me calm, keeping me composed, and keeping me updated and guiding me in the best possible way to enable a quick, seamless and successful house sale and purchase. Your communication has been absolutely fantastic and has shown me that even when it seems all hope is lost, miracles really can happen.

I was shown around 2 properties yesterday by a lovely lady called Mia Steven’s from Miles and Barr . Looking for a home can be very stressful and Mia put us at complete ease . She was very bubbly , chatty lady and answered all of our questions . Mia gave us plenty of time to look around each property and explained in great detail what would happen next . I would highly recommend Mia to anyone who may find the process of finding a home for your family a tad daunting . Very highly recommended

I initially registered with a couple of the smaller “family” agents in Broadstairs to sell my house and look for another but genuinely lost faith in the whole process until I decided to go with a refreshingly unpushy Charlotte in Broadstairs who helped me find my dream home. Through no fault of Miles and Barr, it’s taken a while to get to exchange but Lisa Cook has been fantastic in calmly dealing with everyone involved and offering advice and guidance all the way through since offers were accepted. I’ve just exchanged and can’t wait to move. 100% recommend.
