GoogleMe and my partner we have had some problems with finding new place to stay then charls and Carter apperd with a flat ready to go. We applied the process went smooth as never. We have been set to move in on 6th while we had to leave previous flat on 5th. We called agency explained them our situation they helped us with that too. When it comes to renting new place to stay in this agency is one of the best out there. No doubt.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWe have been living in a flat managed by the Charles Carter team for 2.5 years now. Compared to other letting agents, they are very responsive, quick to help, and listen to any concerns you have. They are digital-forward, so paperwork can be done online, and they even have a perks and discount scheme for their tenants. We would recommend.

GoogleI don't understand all these raving reviews as my experience was a horror from start to finish. I will say the reserving and application process was simple but otherwise the service, information given and aftercare appalling. Very landlord not tenant focused and will never go with this company again.

GoogleWe had a difficult situation with our landlord who removed our belongings without asking when we vacated the property. Had the communication from Carters been clearer between the landlord and the new tennnats, this may have been avoided, although I appreciate the landlords behaviour was out of Carters control. This was previously a 3 star review but the owner has asked me to amend it so as not to affect their ratings

GoogleWhen leaving the property, I was charged £65 for a repaint of the walls, after questioning this, I was told that this was because the paint job from years ago was rough and needed to be done again. After querying this again, I unfortunately was ignored for 2 weeks and understandably, it was stressful. I was then contacted by one of your colleagues, Eddie who explained my previous email had been missed. I cannot fault his effort and the time he put in for resolving my issue. Thank you for sorting this out :)
