GoogleEddie and staff have held our hands through becoming BTL landlords in 2015 through repairs, changes in tenants etc. Always courteous and professional and no hassle. Regarding repairs, I left them the instruction if the net rent covers it please arrange it. and that is what they have done. Local knowledge is fantastic. They were the managing agents when we bought. Previous owner and estate agent recommended staying with them. Glad we followed the good advice.
