From day one the service has been excellent and we have found Eddie and the team very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and trustworthy. Special mention to Chelsea my property manager who dealt with any problems in a very professional and friendly manner and to Victoria who recently helped in the sale of a property. Outstanding customer service, you can tell the Staff here genuinely care about your circumstances. I had a few bumps in the road but everyone made such an effort, and went above and beyond, to secure me my property and tenancy agreement. - Which I am extremely excited to move into! I’ve dealt with lots of estate agents over the years and Charles Carter have been the best by far! We’ve always felt very looked after by the team, in particular Chelsea and Tom. Maintenance issues have always been dealt with quickly and never felt like a problem. When we had to move on from our first property, Charles Carter went to great lengths to show us more properties on their own books and we were delighted to stay with them for a couple more years. They made our time in Tewkesbury a pleasure :)

I am very pleased that I chose Charles Carter to sell my late father’s house. I was very impressed by Victoria Whitcher who was friendly, professional and determined. The house was nonstandard and required updating so there were many disappointments with buyers withdrawing offers once they realised what was needed. Victoria kept me informed and was both realistic and optimistic, which is what is needed when selling a house after a bereavement and dealing with family. I am pleased with the final selling price, and glad I went with a local company.

I love dealing with Charles and Carter. It doesn't really matter who picks up the phone - Chelsea, Lauren, Angel or Scott - always good chat and straight to solutions. We as tenants have been incredibly lucky to get kind hearted landlord and that makes a world of difference. Being with other agencies in Tewkesbury like Tag and having bad experiences.... I am truly grateful for Charles and Carter - attitude, problem solving, communication skills and they never forget about bringing humanity into a conversation which makes for pleasant conversations no matter if we are addressing good news or bad news. In terms of paperwork, they were fine. However, my complaints/issues made during inspections were not addressed. Over 3 years, a window had not fully closed and this was only addressed during the last week of my tenancy. The keys had to be posted through their office (rather than the property) which I have never had before. The landlord ans myself were informed of waste removal and decorating that were never done. A wholly unprofessional company.
