I cannot rate the people at Charles Carter highly enough. (Special mention to Scott) Communication was top notch… didn't have to wait days for responses to queries like other agents. I very rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. Frequent visits during the renovation with helpful advice. Even passing on helpful contacts which saved time & money. I have already recommended Charles & Carter to friends that are looking to rent a property. They really do go above & beyond!

Charles Carter Lettings was extremely helpful throughout the process of finding me a house to rent. From scheduling a viewing at a time that was convenient for me to providing timely communication and constant reminders of what I required. After I expressed my interest in the house I am currently living in, the agent was extremely friendly and helpful, answering my questions and providing information on what I needed to do and documents to provide. With Charles Carter's assistance, I was able to rent for the first time in the UK without incident. They are fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent.

The best agents Iv been with in 10 years of renting, reached out to Charles Carter back in September to find somewhere a little cheaper & an estate agents that actually manage the property (previous to going with these I had a awful experience) Katie has been so helpful from day 1. Unfortunately found myself having to leave the home after just 6 months, Katie was incredible at helping me out, speaking to the landlords explaining the situation, to finding a tenant for my home in less then a week! It’s not very often you find people willing to help, thank you so much for everything and I’ll be sure to return should I ever need to rent (or buy) in the future ☺️

Can't complain. Knowledgeable about the apartment. Clear instructions on what I needed to do if I was intrested and will be moving soon. The only thing to say was there was a ambiguous clause in the tenacy agreement but the agent i emailed replied on his time off instantly.
