GoogleWe have today purchased our first home, and we could not have had a nicer experience with Abby Shaw from Ray Cooke auctioneers! She was so helpful, always kept us up to date on the progress and was very accommodating when we were arranging for the valuer and the surveyor to attend to the property, and for arranging a final inspection! She was quick to reply to all of our questions and was so pleasant to deal with! Thank you so much Abby for all your help!

Worst auctioneer ever, I let them sell my home, worst decision ever. Fella I was dealing with was nice at the start then as time went on was quiet rude in my opinion. Thank god the prosess is over not. Would NOT reccomend them

ray crooke is a tone deaf and unsympathetic landlord, just put on this earth to make a quick buck at any cost. he and his agents barely use tactics that are barely within the law, and the entire business practice is to exacerbate the overheated rental market by falsely advertising room rentals as house rentals, shoving people into overpriced houseshares.

Engaging with the team and in particular Cillian Crehan (appointed agent) was always easy. Cillian was always prompt in replying to any queries or update requests. His diligence in leaving no stone unturned in delivering on a satisfactory outcome is to be commended, and I would have no hessitation in recommending his and the teams services to anybody

GoogleI would highly recommend Ray Cooke’s team. I dealt with Ross and Abby. I had moved to them from a different selling agent who had not made much progress. Ross took the time to understand the characteristics of the property, and quickly made decisions re how to pitch the property to potential buyers and what price range to aim for. Abby was excellent at overseeing the viewings. Both kept me informed the whole way through, managed potential buyers’ queries promptly & efficiently, and chased me if a query was open against me. They were a capable and competent team who knew the marketplace. They provided me with invaluable advice and guidance. I am extremely glad I switched over to them, thank you very much Ross and Abby.

GoogleMy wife and I were working with Declan Molloy from Ray Cooke Lettings for our house hunting process in Dublin. We were shifting from Limerick to Dublin and were looking for a nice place to rent out. Overall we had a good house hunting/selection experience. Declan was of great help and ensured we had a good customer experience. Few days before the viewing we were told what documents we need to keep ready for submission to the landlord for the application process. It allowed us sufficient time to gather all documents before the viewing. Declan patiently answered all our queries and kept us honest about all the relevant information about the house. This was really helpful for us as to make the decision to move into the house. The lease documents and all the necessary setups were completed on time . I will highly recommend Ray Cooke Lettings and Declan Molloy if you are house hunting/renting in Dublin.

Ross got on board and got things moving straight away. He was amazing to deal with so helpful and professional. Cillian looked after the viewings and did a fantastic job. He kept me up to date and informed throughout. I’m so happy I moved to Ray Cooke. The team were fantastic throughout the whole process and made things so easy. The house was sold within 2 weeks !! He was always available to help and advise, and went above and beyond the call of duty in dealing with any queries and keeping me updated. I highly recommend the service provided to me as a buyer!
