Jamie was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! We went sale agreed in June and just got our keys last week , the process with Jamie was seamless and he was so helpful with any questions or things we needed to get done he was always there for support! Were first time buyers so it’s definitely daunting when going into the property market but he took the time and really listened to what we were looking for, was really efficient getting back to us throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Jamie as an auctioneer if you’re buying /selling!

I’ll be honest,some estate agents I have had dealings with over the last while were an absolute nightmare but as I said I can’t recommend her enough,all you want is someone to be professional,fair and genuine and she was that to a tee. Yes the housing market is a mess and your in the business of making money but would it kill you to have the decency to send a quick email explaining the situation to people. Got to the stage where we were supposedly picked to send our details to the landlord. Never heard another word despite texts and calls. Waiting for word but was completely ghosted. This is people's lives yous are playing with. A 30 second email to say we hadn't got the place would have been enough so we could move on from that one. Maggie O'Shea was our agent.

I am glad to have Abby as the first estate agent (or sales negotiator) I ever worked with for the purchase of my very first home. She was helpful and responsive to my queries and questions. The part I am most grateful for was that she was understanding of my visa delay situation and willing to wait, instead of trying to push for the closing of the sale as quickly as possible (which some dodgy agents would probably do). I recently visited two properties listed with Raycooke Estate Agents, and my experience was very mixed. Molly was fantastic, she was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. However, my interaction with Eimhin was unacceptable. He was dismissive, impatient, and made me feel as though my questions were a bother rather than part of the service. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, which significantly impacted my overall experience. It's disappointing that such a stark contrast exists within the team.
