Eoin was easily contactable and always on hand to answer any questions or queries I had throughout the process. He made the whole thing seamless and stress free. GoogleAfter having my feedback deleted from Instagram and blocked by Ray Cooke I’ve had to leave my feedback here. My partner and I virtually viewed a property with Eóin, and on his advice sent him personal documents. Last we heard the owner of the property was to decide who would get to rent it and Eóin would let us know. That was early June and we are STILL waiting for Eóin to get back to us regarding the property. Many queries have gone unanswered. They have personal documents. Terribly unprofessional and dreadful business acumen. Would not recommend to anyone. I wonder if we’ll ever hear back about renting the property, or if they will just delete and block me on this platform too. Adding stress in an already stressful time.

Never in all my years renting have I had such an awful experience like with Ray Cooke. They are currently holding our money hostage (and it is not an insignificant sum) and despite daily calls, texts and emails to the agent requesting an update, we have heard minimal back from them and they are refusing to pay us. We have had to contact solicitors and take further legal action. I would recommend avoid them if you can help it, and if you can’t, well good luck if it goes sideways…

Anything we needed, Cillian was there to help and we were always kept in the loop during the process. I highly recommend Ray Cooke and cannot speak more highly of Cillian. Thank you for everything!

GoogleThis company is a joke, housing crisis in the country, they have like 70% of properties for rent on the market and they just dont care to ever email or call you back. Must have applied for 200 properties of theirs in last 6 months and not a single time they contacted me back. Emailed them, called the office, called several agents, left voicemails, literally everything i could. If you renting out property in Ireland please dont give it to them. People are living on the streets while this agency is holding up properties for rent
