1) the agent insisted we pay a higher deposit (over a month's rent) which is illegal under RTB rules,because we have a dog. We did pay and since we found out the rules, we have asked to get the excess back. Denied, twice, in writing

Have to agree with all the negative comments, bought a house through these guys a while back and it was an awful experience, money , money , money is all that matters , they were also unable to control their impatient client ,so they were saying adding a heap of pressure to an already pressurized transaction ,their communication were terrible , emails popping up with urgent on them all the time. But with no regulation in this industry they can run riot and not only get away with it but get very well paid for it.

Since the beginning, he took all our pressure with his friendly smile! Is very difficult to describe all our experience with him in just a few words, he is such a lovely person, with great personality! Professional, friendly, enthusiastic, extremely patient, available anytime to answer to all the questions (and, believe me, we had alot of questions). Also, signing online the lease contract is amazing! With just a few clicks on the computer, we are already officialy tenants, saving alot of time! WARNING!!! Absolute scam company!!! During Covid insisted on taking deposit and rent in ADVANCE of letting 3 x 18 year old girls seeing the unholy kip of a house. Then refused refunding when they didn’t want it and returned the keys the same day.

GoogleConor Clarke from Ray Cooke Auctioneers sold my house for me. I found Conor and Kerry on reception to be very helpful, the team recommended a solicitor & architect to me, I did a price check by ringing several companies providing these services and they were the best value. Conor successfully negotiated a path through what could have been a deal breaker with the house sale. He dealt with any problems that arose efficiently and affectively. I have no problem recommending Conor and his team and would engage his services again.

GoogleWe have used Ray Cooke over the years to rent out and manage our rental property. We initially dealt with Conor for most of this time who was always very professional, highly knowledgeable and competent in his field. He always ensured we were kept in the loop. When ever I called the office, the staff were also very helpful. This year we sold our property and it sold very quickly with Ray Cooke. We were informed every step of the way, daily updates which was very reassuring ...For the sale we also dealt with Jack who made the whole process much easier and was very professional, they even assisted in finding the tenant another rental before we sold the property. I would recommend Ray Cooke 100%.

They made is such a hassle free operation from start to finish for what is supposed to be a very stressful thing to do. And we also got a great result.
