Disgusting company. Tried to contact Patrick every single day since he post the add.severals Emails, calls,left voice message ,went to office the secretary checked and she said the property is gone for his relatives.And he couldn't reply to thousands and thousands of emails . Really??? All country was interested for this property.

GoogleI'm currently renting an apartment with Ray Cook and it's been a year. So far I can complain at all. I'm lucky to be in a good apartment and the rent is effortable and convenient for me. The company has a good service in case you any issue in the apartment. You just have to make a query and a technician will come and fix it. The good thing there's no extra charge on you I highly recommend to deal with them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI'm trying to buy a property (called 4 times) these guys are selling but the won't let me view it or even return my calls I'm contacting the owners directly now to buy the property it has been on the market nearly 2 years with these people I wonder why.

GoogleWe could not recommend eoin enough for all his help he gave to my father and mother in law in selling there house and finding them there dream bungalow. Unfortunately my mother in law died before they got to move in and the compassion he showed to us all was amazing. He is s credit to Ray Cooke and we would have no problem in recommending him 😊. GooglePoor service. After paying the deposit and rent, the day came to move in and they sent me a message when I presented myself at the agency that we could not move in. You can imagine my face with no house for that month and all my stuff in the van. The payment was made 15 days before the moving date and they waited until 12 o'clock in the afternoon of the moving day to send us a message that finally we couldn't move in. After 16 days I am still waiting for half of the money to be returned. This is not due to a mistake on my part, but because they finally did not rent it. A shame, I would not trust this company again.

GoogleI had my property in Saggart let out by Eoin he was absolutely brilliant so professional and went out of his way to help me. When I needed to find new tenants I was 9 months pregnant and 100 miles away at the time his help meant the world to me and there was nothing that was too much trouble. I have my property managed by Raycooke 7 months now and their service has been flawless lots of requests from my new tenants managed promptly and very professionally with only minimal amount of interaction from me.
