GoogleI let Eoin Keogh have my apartment to lease out for me .I found the whole experience excellent.I was able to use any of Ray Cookes offices to drop off keys etc and Eoin would collect them from there.Eoin keep me posted with regular updates and gave solid advice about rental price points.He sorted all the utilities,lease and changeover so it was a very easy process.Thanks a million Eoin!

GoogleBig thanks to Ray Cooke Lettings!! Moved into my beautiful apartment in Dublin 2 thanks to the Ray Cooke team! The process was excellent and efficient. I received a viewing with the agent taking serious precautions :) and lease agreements were sent to me through hello sign and Laura and John from Terenure office were always on the end of the phone to answer any questions! 5 Stars!!

GoogleWe had a smooth transaction with Ray Cooke. Declan Molloy, the Letting coordinator, was very responsive to chats and provided us as much information that we needed. He got us moved-in to the apartment within 24 hours after our payment. They use online lease agreement which is very handy. Copies are provided via email. Quick and simple.

GoogleDreadful experience as a buyer. Dropped out due to Conor Clarke and his rude supervisor Owen. Vendors beware.promise to measure the rooms and display never available… excuses!! Can do it for an extra fee, have to ask the??? Why didn’t they have the equipment themselves??
