they had an open viewing on the 27th of feb on a house in kill at 5.30 pm 2 other couples showed up but no ray cooke rep ,all left disgusted and i see the house is sale agreed today

GoogleI'm currently renting an apartment with Ray Cook and it's been a year. So far I can complain at all. I'm lucky to be in a good apartment and the rent is effortable and convenient for me. The company has a good service in case you any issue in the apartment. You just have to make a query and a technician will come and fix it. The good thing there's no extra charge on you I highly recommend to deal with them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Google5 stars 100% these made me and my girlfriend seal the deal on are new house, wouldn't be in are new home now if it wasn't for the help of Cillian are estate agent, what a gent of a man, always there to answer any questions or help in anyway , made everything as easy as possible for us, thanks again Cillian and Ray Cooke.

GoogleBasically, I've gotten an email yesterday morning to come to a viewing of a room that evening at 7 pm. I texted and emailed the agent like it was instructed in the mail. I went to the "viewing" and called the agent, told him I'm in front of the building. He informed me that he didn't send any emails due to the fact that the room was already rented. I have a screenshot of his email and I've sent it to him. I got a :"sorry". What I am trying to tell you, as I've said that to the agent in question, you are dealing with people not inanimate object. It's very hard these days to even get a viewing, and unless you understand by now, people have jobs, jobs that pay those apartments. You wasted my time and gave me false information. That's the way you operate I guess. Thank you.

GoogleEoghan Keogh from Ray Cooke's Auctioneers did a great job looking after us. At the first viewing of the house, he was informative and friendly, and set the tone for a pleasant and professional buying experience. I needed to access the properly ahead of the closure of sale, to organise quotations for works, and Eoghan and Ray Cooke's were very helpful in this regard. When the deal was done, he was down like a shot to deliver the keys. I can confidently recommend.

He responded promptly to any queries we had through emails and phone calls and was very reassuring and extremely professional at all times which made the process of selling our house less stressful. Conor Clarke never replies to emails or phone calls although he says he will get back. Disgraceful. Called several times yesterday and today left messages all to no avail. Even though I was told I’s get a callback it doesn’t happen. One, only has one’s word, keep itI wouldn’t even rate them as a one. Soooooo bad
