Very accommodating when we requested access to our new build property on several occasions. prior to completion; nothing was too much trouble. GoogleWe used the Harwich branch of William H Brown to sell my parents bungalow. We had many twists and turns to the sale (which had nothing to with the estate agents) and it turned into a very,very long, drawn out process but made much easier with the help of Michelle, who in our opinion is fantastic! She kept us upto speed with every step and gave us great advice when we needed it. Now the sale has been completed we will miss our weekly chats and advise anyone selling a property or buying to ask for Michelle. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

GoogleStaff are friendly! Had a few appointments with Daisy, very friendly, great mortgage advisor. Really worked hard and commited! Come in on her day off! Decided not to use the Sequence Mortgages mainly down to cost. Excessive for a mortgage broker and to then pay £99 each time you complete, didn't suit me. But Daisy! You was super and thank you! 5 stars is purely for Daisy! Sequence or William H Brown 2* due to costs!

GoogleReally helpful people! Daisy Cornell did such an amazing job with finding the best mortgage for me. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with everything. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized team. I contacted this agency regarding a property to let. Michelle initially promised to arrange a viewing but never followed up. After chasing them myself, I finally spoke with another team member who scheduled a viewing, only for it to be for a completely different property than the one advertised on their website.

GoogleAmazing!! Currently working with Daisy and I cannot fault her at all! She’s been so helpful and supportive- first call was Saturday and we’ve had an offer accepted 2 days later! Honestly incredible and just can’t wait to get moved in. Daisy has made the process so much easier and hearing the news of our offer being accepted is the cherry on top of the cake!
