GoogleWe were recently in the market for a BTL property and had a number of viewings with William H Brown, Harwich. We were shown around each time by Chelsea, from their sales department. She was helpful and friendly each time, and of all the agents I dealt with across different estate agents, she was one of the only ones to follow up visits. Importantly, she was also the only one to actually bother to get back to me with answers to questions I had that couldn’t be answered during the viewing. You’re in good hands with Chelsea. The rest of team were very helpful too when I popped in branch to see their mortgage advisor, Daisy, who was also lovely to deal with. Great team here :)

Kept us informed across all the stages right up to completion including daily phone calls or emails with updates. GoogleI had an overall amazing experience with William H Brown. Dan helped me not only with the viewing and getting the property for rent on the date I was looking for but also went to the extreme of setting the electricity charging and helping to start the water heater. The William H Brown team is extremely helpful and that made me feel at ease because it was my first time I was renting on my own and I did not feel overwhelmed for even a second. GoogleWe used the Harwich branch of William H Brown to sell my parents bungalow. We had many twists and turns to the sale (which had nothing to with the estate agents) and it turned into a very,very long, drawn out process but made much easier with the help of Michelle, who in our opinion is fantastic! She kept us upto speed with every step and gave us great advice when we needed it. Now the sale has been completed we will miss our weekly chats and advise anyone selling a property or buying to ask for Michelle. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

GoogleStaff are friendly! Had a few appointments with Daisy, very friendly, great mortgage advisor. Really worked hard and commited! Come in on her day off! Decided not to use the Sequence Mortgages mainly down to cost. Excessive for a mortgage broker and to then pay £99 each time you complete, didn't suit me. But Daisy! You was super and thank you! 5 stars is purely for Daisy! Sequence or William H Brown 2* due to costs!
