GoogleBeing a first timer to renting I didn't really know what to expect! Tom and Ollie were so good at providing a really professional service, they were both really helpful in answering my questions, keeping in touch by phone to keep me informed all the way, even when the first property didn't work out, they were on to find an alternative for me so quickly. The whole process was painless and I definitely would recommend their services. Thank you both.

GoogleI got introduced to Oli & Tom through my cousin He strongly recommended them to use as agents to let his property I took his advice and the guys were more than welcome willing and able to swiftly get my property let in a week or so I can recommend them fully 10/10 And they are both very friendly helpful it’s almost like you have known them for a long time Brilliant guys the both of them Thank you guys

GoogleTerrible experience with William H Brown and would not use again. William H Brown listed the property up for sale that we were renting without notifying us, deceived us by taking pictures outside of the home when coming to complete the 6 months check rather than be honest and act with professionalism. we had to find out from a neighbour and only acknowledged us when we called up to complain. Not one person accepted accountability. Since leaving we have been in communication with the previous landlord regarding our deposit and William H Brown are taking an age to process our withdrawal for our deposit stating they are will only do so if they receive communication from the landlord that they already have.

GoogleThroughout our process of property purchase and renting William H Brown agents' service was excellent. Oliver Hill not only found tenants but completed all ref checks etc within a week which was amazing for both tenants and landlords. I highly recommend it to everyone looking for anything to deal with the property market. Very good and professional services from everyone working in William H Brown specially Oliver Hill who went above and beyond. Also thanking Jay Jaques and Michelle Barr for helping with the sales process.

GoogleThe guys at William h brown, Tom and Olly have done a fantastic job providing us with a 2 bedroom house. They made it so simple setting up the contract, they kept us informed all the way through, till we knew the house was ours to rent. They provided us with all the information we needed and where really helpful in everyway. Great guys to get along with and they really know their stuff when it comes to renting or buying a property. Thank-you Tom and Olly for assisting us and we wish yous all the best for the futture. Highly recommend for those wanting to rent or buy.

GoogleWe had a very good experience working with the WH Brown team in selling our house. From the initial process of getting viewings through the door, regular updates, providing guidance where needed, right through to getting a buyer and closing the sale. In closing the sale I worked very closely with Michelle who consistently chased and followed up to get the sale completed. I would highly recommend using W H Brown.

GoogleTom and olly have been amazing helped me out with everything. They both went beyond to get me moved in to my new place. They also got my boiler sorted right away by phoning the landlord and plumbers to make sure it was up and running. I'm really do appreciate what they both have done.
