Googleabsolutely out standing people from viewing (Dave) to completion always there to help. had a nightmare of a solicitor but Michelle (helpful adviser LOL) was always happy to help. Jodie (mortgage adviser) at the office was also really helpful with getting a mortgage and explaining in easy to understand terms. would recommend every speak to them first before going somewhere else weather you are buying or selling they will help thank you team for all your help and support *****

GoogleI can't praise Olly and Tom highly enough for their care, assistance and professionalism. We are relocating from Spain to the UK which presented a few hurdles but with their endless support, and assistance we have secured a home for ourselves and our pets. Thank you both so much! GoogleHaving to look for a property after having being asked to move out of our rented accomadation, Oliver quckly found us a property that fell into our budget range and needs of our family. Himslef and Tom quickly got the ball rolling and within a few weeks we had the keys to our new property. Our queries are answered by them in a courteous manner, especially it is our first time letting. GoogleI rented out my bungalow via W H Brown for almost ten years up until October 2024. During that time I had no problems with Browns or the excellent tenants they sourced for me. I thoroughly recommend the team at Browns for their professionalism, market knowledge, attention to detail and friendly loyal approach to customers. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

GoogleUnfortunately.. We asked for over a month for a valuation or a desk top valuation, rang them many times to prompt to get done, kept being told yes we will book half hour out to do it never done it, don’t bother to ring us or they don’t turn up when we book them in for a valuation. Won’t be using them again.

GoogleMichelle, Dave and Jodie and everyone at Willam H Brown have all been amazing on my journey of purchasing a property. They provided such a calming environment when things could be soo so stressful. When showing properties I didn't feel rushed round they answered all questions I had. When doing my mortgage they made me feel so much at ease and explained things thoroughly. When going through the purchased they contacted me to see how things were and they were also able to chase things to. They were more help sometimes than the solicitor. Everyone was so friendly and felt like you were talking to your friends just checking in all the time. It was very professional. Honestly I couldn't recommend any other place other than William H Brown they are the only place where I feel like they wanted me to find a home. Highly recommend, so much so that my parents are now looking to sell with them from my good expereince and the trust we have with them. Thank you all so much.

He was by far the friendliest and most professional member of staff in the branch and worked extremely hard to ensure all went as smoothly as possible and kept us up to date every step of the way. Olly is a real asset to William H Brown, the management team should feel extremely lucky to have him as part of their team.

My faith in agent agents has been restored... after using 4 other local agents, with no success in selling my bungalow, William H Brown came to my rescue and succeeded where the others failed... Extremely unprofessional and disorganized team. I contacted this agency regarding a property to let. Michelle initially promised to arrange a viewing but never followed up. After chasing them myself, I finally spoke with another team member who scheduled a viewing, only for it to be for a completely different property than the one advertised on their website.
