Lamb & co are the best in Clacton. Nothing is too much trouble! They sold my house within 3 days of putting it on the market and every time i have needed them to answer any questions they’ve done it quickly & efficiently. We have just exchanged on the purchase of a property listed with lamb & co . They have been brilliant from the offset when I walked into their office and explained the type of property and location id like to purchase. They found the perfect match and our offer was accepted. The process of exchanging due to multiple reasons and complications unfortunately went from weeks to months. The process seemed to grind to a holt. Hayley Jones became our sales progressor at a time where it seemed nothing was moving the purchase forward. She instantly added a new positive energy and became the linchpin between all the parties. She set the tone for keeping everything moving forward and was vital in getting us to completion. Always available for advice and really enjoyable to work with. GoogleI just wanted to say a massive thank-you to the team at Lamb and Co - we listed our cottage with the Harwich office and the communication was great from the get go, we had ample viewings and recieved an offer within 2 weeks of marketting, which I was really impressed with. I went with lamb and co to rent my first flat. Being a first time renter combined with being chronically ill made my preconceptions of the process quite stressful. I'm glad to say lamb and co and there online vouch service they use for the application process made things very quick and carefree and before long I found myself in my new place, with utilities setup easily as part of the process. The agents I worked with (Lee Price and Coral Manning) were very understanding and professional every step of the way and took extra time to give me updates when there was any and explain more on anything I was unsure of. Hand to my heart can't think of anything they could've done better.

The service we received from Lamb & Co was absolutely outstanding. From our first meeting with Rachel through to our completion with Hayley, everything was plain sailing and professional. We were kept in the loop and updated regularly on progress. We can't thank the girls enough for their hard work and commitment.....this was very daunting for us as we lived at our previous property for 38 years, so when we had a question, hearing a friendly voice on the end of the phone or receiving a reassuring email meant the world to us.
