The most genuine, kind and caring estate agents I’ve ever had any experience with! The way they treat us tenants is miles above and better than the way we’ve been treated by other estate agents and we’re so super grateful !! Any issues we have have been sorted insanely fast and to a great standard and we haven’t ever been made to feel like we’re in the wrong for asking for things to be sorted.I honestly can’t find all the words to explain how appreciative we are to be treated so well!! Lee and Coral especially have been super helpful and very friendly any times we’ve had any interactions!

Lamb & Co are pretty good at getting viewings of your house if you sell through them and we did sell fairly quick but the market is currently very buoyant. They are active on social media which is a good addition to Rightmove etc as a lot of people now use Instagram for property.The photos they take are very good quality and they also use a drone. The negatives points we felt were that more attention was paid to the buyer than the seller and once we had sold communication wasnt great.

After being let down on a property I was in search for home to rent. I finally rang Lamb & co to see if they had a large 4/5 house to rent and after a few seconds Harry said he might have a property just down the road to where I’m living now, he asked if he could ring me back in a couple of minutes, I wasn’t holding out for a phone call back as all the other agents I rang ( and I mean there was a lot) hadn’t got back to me with anything, then The phone rang and it was Harry calling me back as promised and he had said he has a property for me to view. After viewing the property I immediately wanted it and Harry mad it happen. Literally a two day turnaround from me seeing the property and it being mine to rent. I’ve also had dealings with coral and can honestly say the team at Lamb & co are great, honest, Quick and reliable. I would 100% recommend them if your looking for all these things in a team. 5* from me. Thanks again lamb & co.

We purchased through Lamb & Co and throughout our search we found each member of the team helpful friendly and professional. They paid attention to our search criteria and due to understanding this, drew our attention to a new property about to go on the market which we love and have just moved in. They were never pushy and always helpful in negotiations including getting special requests agreed with the builder. Would recommend them to anyone. The service was really personal throughout

My husband and I recently meet up with the delightful Paris to view a new build bungalow at The Paddocks in Dovercourt. She showed us around the lovely 3 bedroom bungalow and explained in great detail everything that we needed to know. She also answered all of our questions in an informative way. We were impressed by her confident manner and understanding of what we required. A really good viewing experience.

Our son, recently purchased a property through Lamb & Co Clacton branch, and the whole process was straight forward with no hiccups !If we had any queries, we contacted a very helpful lady named Caitlin, who was able to keep us in the loop at all times. We were nicely surprised with a big bottle of bubbly when collecting the keys 🔑. Nice thought, which was much appreciated. 🤩. Keep up the good work !
