From the very start of the sales process, Lamb and Co have been fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they have been extremely helpful. What should have been a straight forward sale, turned into a very complicated one - but Jo helped in every way that she could and kept me sane whilst we dealt with the issues that arose from enquiries. I would 1000000% recommend

Hayley has been very helpful right from the start, giving us regular updates on the progress of our house purchase. She explained everything and was very friendly and approachable. She is very quick to get back to me if I've had to leave a message. Overall excellent service from a buyer's perspective. I'd use them if we ever had to sell, they have a good work ethos.

The team approach, from readying the home for sale, to staging, to all of the business associated with a home sale, truly is what sets Lamb and Co Real Estate apart. We began by meeting with our incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and savvy agent, Matt. He helped us feel comfortable and confident moving on with the process. He made himself readily available for all sorts of communications, and would stop over to the house to take care of certain things needing attention when we were away. When the market was beginning to go a bit flat, the team worked to make our place show beautifully and sell quickly. We highly recommend Lamb and Co! 5 stars!
