We really couldn’t be happier with the service recieved from this team at the Harwich Branch so far, special mention to Paris who was incredible with her communications and helping guide us through the start of selling our property, so accommodating and were also flexible when needing to change our appraisal date. We had Nick visit our home at a suitable time for us and we knew within minutes Lamb & Co were the agent for us, we felt listened to and he was so professional, knowledgeable and reassuring, we quickly knew we were in safe hands. For us, having an experienced hand guiding us when making such a big decision to move home is invaluable. We’ve even decided to change our rental property over too as the trust built is really important to us.

Just sold my dad's house in Clacton. We were very happy with the service Lamb & Co provided. The house wasn't on the market a week when someone placed an offer. Since then they were very good keeping us informed on the progress all the way. Dad is now living with us just in time for Christmas.

We bought from Lamb & Co and we could not fault them from the beginning to the end. All the staff were extremely helpful, Hayley went beyond with keeping the seller reassured as we were delayed considerably and also keeping us informed of any news. We have moved from Bedfordshire and do not (did not) know Clacton well and having Lamb & Co look after us so well made the whole experience much more bearable. Thank you to all the staff.

Nothing was too much trouble

From the first viewing to completion Lamb & Co were great. Specifically Jo Miller, she was so helpful and always giving constant updates along the way. Also emailed put of hours with any new updates. Always gave a quick response if we called or emailed. Ours wasn't the most straightforward purchase, a couple of little hold ups but between Jo and the sellers we got there in the end.
