In what has been challenging times to sell property Lamb & Co have been exceptional - plenty of viewings all managed by the sales team. Even when the first buyer of the property fell though a new buyer was found within days which resulted in a sale managed by Hayley Jones being completed in only 6 weeks! Had a few problem with my property. The back gate would not lock properly and the kitchen door was hard to lock. The maintenence man did a very good job and fixed the problem with a respectful manner. Would definitely recommend him and would certainly have him fix problems again.
