My husband and I decided to try to sell our property with Mannleys as we had been unsuccessful with another agent.From the moment we signed up we was very well looked after. With lots of contact and feedback.It didn’t take long to sell our property after lots of viewings being arranged.The only issue we had was the Exchange, again Mannleys stepped up and helped eventually push it through.A big thank you to the team. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending you to family and friends.

Excellent Service from start to finish

Excellent service from Mannleys from start to finish. I did not live locally to the area when i purchased a house through them and it has been a pleasure to deal with the company. They made my transaction stress free and easy. All of the staff are well trained and knowledgable, they kept me updated throughout and the level of customer service has been excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mannleys to family and friends and definitely plan to use them again in the future.

BUYER BEWARE! Very negative experience with Mannleys - if as a buyer you are not paying them commission then they act disgracefully. Firstly, they allow their own estate agents to personally buy, renovate and then sell their own properties all through the small office that they are employees of - a very dubious conflict of interest that made us very uncomfortable as this fact was not disclosed to us until AFTER having our offer accepted on their house even despite the fact that the seller/estate agent was the one who did the viewing and never mentioned it! Then during the purchase of another property, despite making written requests that we wanted Mannleys to speak to our solicitor (not ourselves) as we were in the process of resolving a small timing issue (which was soon sorted), we still received a series of incredibly rude, unpleasant and harassing phone calls and emails, which caused us absolutely unnecessary panic and anxiety. In short, they are awful towards buyers since you are not lining their pockets and there are lots of other estate agents in the area who treat buyers better!!!

Selling our house should have been a doddle. No chain, unoccupied and a first time buyer, what could possibly go wrong? Mannleys did the viewings promptly and obviously effectively, and we accepted an offer after just three weeks! Brilliant! Then the solicitors set to work, turning the whole process into a nightmare. Throughout seven months of wrangling Mannleys didn’t put a foot wrong. They continuously chased all parties involved with efficiency and professionalism, and on several occasions prevented my near spontaneous combustion!!!! Well done Mannleys, we would definitely recommend!

Excellent Service and Communication

The team at Mannleys were excellent. Despite there being only 3 of us in the chain we seemed to have numerous issues particularly with solicitors. We relied on Christian and Ashleigh to keep everything going and maintain communication between all parties. It was Ashleigh who negotiated a solution to an issue at the last minute which actually enabled us to move. Thanks to everyone we are now finally settled in Dorset.
