GoogleUp until recently I was a tenant with Mannley's as my letting agent. When I moved in I had a full inventory booklet of the property which detailed all the defects that were already noted, and meter readings, along with photos, each of which I had to check and if required, make them aware of anything that might have been missed. So far, no other agent I've dealt with in the UK has been so on top of things. Problems with appliances or any other aspects of the flat were also largely dealt with promptly over the 4 year period of living in the property. If I could have rented again with them I would have, but sadly I moved to an area where they don't operate.
