GoogleWe sold and bought through Mannleys in the same chain, and they were great throughout! They explained the costs up front, the timeline for the process given up front as well, and were very supportive in going above and beyond when other parts of the chain seemed to be dragging their heels. They were even friendly with me still with my daily follow ups and millions of questions. Really appreciate what they did for us.

Updating my review as I had a very promising start to purchasing a property last week and then on Tuesday everything got turned upside down after a terrible attitude from a member of the Mannley's team.I received a call from management today with a sincere apology and they offered lots of help to get my deal back on track and also said I could have Jane as my point of contact from here on as she was fantastic to deal with on my earlier interactions. I've updated the review from 1 to 4 stars because of the positive reaction from management doing their best to diffuse the situation and genuinely being concerned about my experience.
Good afternoon, after reviewing your review on here we have investigated and can see that you were booked in for a viewing on Saturday and then later changed your viewing to Tuesday at 10am. The viewing was booked for a specific time on Tuesday, not between 10am-1pm and we apologise if you misunderstood this. An email of confirmation was sent to you with the time specifically stating 10am Tuesday. Within your first phone call you were given an apology for not receiving a reply to your email sent over the weekend to Jane, however Danielle was able to answer your questions whilst on the phone there and then for you. She also offered to ring the tenant and check if it would be ok for you to visit at 12pm, which was the time you advised you would be able to attend. Unfortunately the tenant of the property had made other arrangements and had already waited in from 10am so was unable to do the viewing at a later time. We will be communicating with the seller and the tenant to rearrange this viewing, as was discussed on the phone and will be in touch soon. Once again we can only apologise for any confusion and we will do what we can to enable you to view the property.

We were recently served an eviction notice as the landlords wanted the property back, which was a huge shock after living in our home for four years. Mannleys took over the management of the property two years ago following the passing of the original agent and the collapse of their business.

FacebookI recently sold my house with mannleys .It was a fantastic service from start to finish .we mainly dealt with Ashleigh and I must say she went above and beyond for us.She did more than our solicitor did for us .I also dealt with colleagues of Ashleigh and they were excellent too . I would definitely use mannleys again .we started with another agent and they were appalling. Mannleys are definitely five star service.

GoogleWe have recently sold our property with Mannleys after having them recommended to us by a work colleague and I can honestly say they are worth their weight in gold. As first time sellers we didn't know what to expect but from the initial valuation, to having photos taken, booking in 9 viewings in 2 days and seeing through the sale for us including chasing parties for updates, they have been fantastic and we can't praise them enough. They are also very knowledgeable on the housing market as their valuation was perfectly realistic compared to another company we were considering. A special mention to Jo, Jane and Lydia who are just so lovely and have been amazing for us - our buyer has even commented on how responsive and helpful they have been throughout the whole process as we were up against a tight deadline for moving and they have helped as much as they can with that! A big thank you to the whole team, we would absolutely use Mannleys again in a heartbeat!
