Happily going ahead with a sale of our property thinking we had a sale with DB Roberts, who had sold the property we had offered on to another purchaser and not bothered informing us. Lack of communication and empathy. Left high and dry and devastated. In response to the reply below, you were informed that I had reduced my property by 5k in order that we could get a new seller, which happened. You told me that the seller ‘would be happy to wait a couple of weeks’. At no time were we informed that you had gone ahead with another buyer or I’d have kept my asking price the same.

I have recently taken a rental property through DB Roberts and I can honestly say the process was seamless. Tia was fantastic guiding me throughout the process and kept me updated regularly. A very friendly but professional service 10 out of 10!
